First
of
all,
I
would
like
to
say
that
my
children
and
I
have
been
going
to
Hair
and
Company
in
Fort
Collins
to
get
our
hair
cut
for
years.
Usually
the
hair
stylists
there
have
been
kind
and
courteous
and
willing
to
provide
us
with
costumer
satisfaction.
However,
the
person
who
cut
my
hair
on
Sunday,
October15th,
was
rude
and
too
much
of
a
perfectionist
to
be
in
a
profession
where
costumer
care
and
satisfaction
should
be
the
first
goal.
Her
name
is
Becky.
First,
I
asked
her
if
she
could
straighten
my
hair
after
the
cut.
She
shortly
answered
me,
“No.
I
cannot.
Sorry.”
Then,
apparently
I
was
not
sitting
in
the
chair
the
way
she
wanted
me
to
sit
in
the
chair.
She
told
me,
“Put
your
feet
on
the
lower
bar.”
Which
I
did.
I
followed
her
suggestion
which
sounded
more
like
an
order.
She
didn’t
even
say
please.
After
she
cut
the
back
of
my
hair,
she
asked
me,
“Is
that
as
far
as
you
can
lower
your
chin?”
At
this
point
I
was
so
uncomfortable
from
the
way
she
was
treating
me
that
I
replied
calmly,
“I
have
never
had
a
problem
getting
my
hair
cut
before.”
She
said
in
a
passive
aggressive
way,
“
Oh
no.
It’s
not
a
problem.
It’s
just
that
you
don’t
want
to
have
any
pieces
of
hair
longer
than
the
other.”
She
made
me
so
uncomfortable
and
upset
that
I
had
to
close
my
eyes
and
meditate
in
order
to
avoid
stooping
to
her
level
of
rudeness.
Furthermore,
she
continued
to
adjust
my
head
with
her
hands
throughout
the
haircut
as
I
was
holding
it
was
not
good
enough.
I
don’t
think
she
should
be
allowed
to
give
kids’
haircuts
as
they
have
a
harder
time
sitting
still.
Anyway,
I
think
that
if
a
costumer
comes
in
for
a
haircut
and
asks
for
a
service
he
or
she
is
willing
to
pay
for,
she
should
be
provided
that
service.
They
were
not
even
that
busy,
and
she
could
not
wait
to
get
me
off
her
chair
so
she
could
go
on
to
her
next
costumer.
My
haircut
didn’t
even
come
out
like
the
picture
I
showed
her,
but
I
was
so
uncomfortable
to
say
anything.
I
just
wanted
to
get
out
of
there.
So,
I
just
left
in
a
bad
mood.
