My granddaughters birthday was a little rough as her dad passed away. Selena made this experience so amazing.. Her bear was dressed like her dad and a heartbeat added for lonely nights missing him. Thank you so much!!

Came in for the first time to purchase a gift card for my niece, and both of the associates were very friendly! They walked me through the process. What a fun experience for children. The guys working should be commended for being kind and service oriented.

They still have a nice variety of licensed characters. Love our new Pokémon. And no, there is no shame for going in as an adult and wanting stuffed animals. The staff there are just as big of dorks.

Went here for my daughter's birthday gift, and it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I liked because we've never been inside a Build-a-Bear before. You pay for the experience, and it was definitely worth it.

Stopped by here on a weekend with my tweens while we were doing some clothes shopping. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. My girls probably looked a little "old" to be so excited about finding the perfect bear and picking out clothes for it, but the staff was so friendly, helped find some extra stock in back of a few clothing items, and made the whole 'stuffing' part just as magical for them, as it is for the little ones.

These guys are awesome. The bear my kid wanted for her birthday only had the display left, but the employee was awesome and offered to de-stuff it just so my daughter could do the little stuffing ritual. Made her whole day and she hasn't quit talking about it since.

It's always a fun experience at Build-A-Bear. This visit was for my daughter's 14th birthday (yes, she asked to go). Watching them interact with all of the kids (young and old) was fun.

Birthday party was really fun! Last year when we had one here, they just had us go through the process. This year the staff (our party leader Gabe) went above and beyond to play games with the kids. My little girl loved it! Only wish we had a place to eat our cake and open presents. Other than that, fun experience. We will be coming back next year!
