Silvertree isn’t a bad place to live. It’s a little pricey but with roommates it’s pretty affordable. I have had issues with the electric bill but these things happen. Silvertree is pretty open about everything that is going on. The renovations threw everyone for a loop but the newly renovated apartments are nice, I personally have never had an issue with maintenance, it takes them a minute to respond but if I have questions while they are working the usually can answer them. All in all I have had a good experience with Silvertree it is truly not a bad place to live.

I’m on my second lease and I really like it here. The leasing office is really nice and makes sure I’m taking care of. I love the fact that there’s tanning, gym, and a pool. Not to mention the price is great!!

Absolutely love living here!! The staff is the most friendly, caring, and helpful Ive ever experienced and the new renovations are so amazing it really made a huge difference and the rent is still really affordable! Would most definitely recommend living here!

I had a horrible experience living here, and other renters should be aware of what they are getting themselves into. When we moved in, the apartment was HORRIBLY dirty. My feet turned black when I walked across the living room carpet barefoot for almost a month, shelves in the closets, kitchen, and bathroom were stained and broken, the vents throughout the entire apartment were COATED in dust and grime, significant water damage to the ceilings, our washer and dryer broke within 30 days of living there and it took several weeks to get them fixed (so my roommate and I were going to the laundry mat on our own dime during this time), every faucet leaked, there was a bee infestation from August-October in our unit where bees would come in hoards through cracks in our sliding glass door, the paint job was laughable and stained our carpet in several areas, and our whole building constantly smelled like marijuana. Also, the utility bills were never consistent. Sometimes we paid two months at a time, sometimes we got billed for 13 days. You could never budget for it because you didn’t know when the bill would come. Fast forward to move out, my roommate and I were charged for cleaning fees even though the apartment was FAR cleaner than we found it. Fine, we’ll pay for it to be cleaned, BUT we were additionally threatened to be charged $700 for replacement of the entire living room carpet because the transition strip between the vinyl entryway and the carpet had began to come apart (Keep in mind my roommate cut his foot on a nail from this transition strip a week after we moved in. He has many a torn sock to prove the existence of this rogue nail). We were told to “stop dragging our feet” and this separation wouldn’t happen. The complex is undergoing renovations now, and our building was the last on this schedule. Maybe the sanitation problems will be fixed with these updates, but that does not negate the treatment we received as tenants over this past year.

I am only a couple months in, so I do not have much to judge off of. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. After reading some of the reviews, the floors are not the cleanest when you move in. We mopped 4 times before being comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. We also had our fridge break and they came pretty quickly and fixed it for us. Overall, I think for the price and the whole complex renovating, I think this is a good place to live.

Moved here in august, haven’t had much of a problem. We put a maintenance request in within the first couple of days about our fridge not getting cold and they came the next day and fixed it. We get to move into the renovated apartment within the next week, so I’m excited for updated appliances. Overall, I’m content with living here, the office workers are nice and helpful as well.

I really enjoy Silvertree communities! I used to live here 5 years ago in an apartment and even though I had a terrible Roomate due to subleasing, the staff was amazing. It’s the whole reason why I’m back again! I am now in their townhomes. The things that made them stand out and be my number one pick was: -Their staff is always courteous and willing to help you with any problem or questions you have. - Their maintenance crew is awesome! They always keep you upto date about your maintenance requests and get their tasks done fairly promptly. And they even let you know if things are busy and might take a moment. -which leads me to their next thing which is Communication! They are so easy to talk to and have many ways to reach out to them- and as long as it’s business hours , they answer almost right away. They are one of the most trustworthy landlords I’ve ever dealt with. They are upfront and honest and they’ll be real with you. Plus they have Resident appreciation days where they’ll buy us breakfast, have a pool party, grill out, party games with prizes and so much more!! I love this community and I feel like it’s so safe!

I absolutely love the new management and the team. I lived her 4 years ago and it’s completely different . I love the fact they just painted my apartment exterior and patios. I love that they’re so kind when on the phone and they care about their tenants. I would say Ethan & Raven have been the best to deal with ~ Ethan signed me up for my apartment & Raven helps me anytime I call in. Their emergency maintenance line is amazing ! Helped me get my dishwasher & hose fixed within 1 day. Nice & clean apartments that are updated ! I can’t say enough about them . Only downfall is no grass area for my dog( it’s okay we manage ) and very tight parking but other than that 10/10!
