First time with this dentist and they made me feel right at home. The staff was very welcoming and easy to talk to. They had new technology which made the X-rays quick. TV screens on the ceiling and walls in front of the chairs.

The appearance of this location is nice. However, some of the staff is incompetent. I missed a few appointments due to emergencies, which is something that happens to people. The staff pretended like they cared, but then when I called to schedule my next appointment they would not let me. The lady at the front desk said she would call me back with an update and never did. I called again and was told that I am not allowed to schedule another appointment as long as I am a patient there. Not sure if the lady at the front desk has any common sense, but clearly that means that I am no longer a patient there. When I said this to her she said yes, instead of just being honest. The only reason why I wanted to come back to that location is because I believe that the female dentist who messed up my tooth should be the one to fix it. She did a horrible job on my filling. It's been weeks and it still hurts, plus she didn't even smooth it out. The tooth feels rough. I went somewhere else to get their opinion on the matter and they even agreed the filling based on looks doesn't seem to be done properly. Also the front desk staff is lazy and never answers the phone. I have even been hung up on a few times. Talk about bad customer service. I would not recommend this horrible place to anyone!

Five stars are not high enough! Brook is professional, efficient, and empathic as a hygienist professional. Dr. Rogers explained the procedures confidently and practically.

Everyone was so nice. The lady at the desk who checked us in, the scheduler, the dr, the dental hygienists, everyone there treated me and my daughter so sweetly and they were so professional and made the whole experience wonderful and calm. This will be our new family dentist from now on I would recommend them 💯.

Was great receiving great care to my teeth and examined and awesome teeth cleaning and went fast quickly scheduled for next appointment for fillings on my teeth within less than a week! Thank you and appreciate the office staffs kindness and not having to wait.

Dr Rogers and his staff were amazing!! I was so anxious to have an extraction and 4 fillings but they did such a great job that im going back next week for my last bit of work. Dr pulled that tooth out quickly and his assistant did a great jjob making sure I was comfortable. I always hated fillings but they put a topical numbing on my gums, shot me up with some lidocaine and all those fillings were PAINLESS. Happy they accepted Caresource HIP as well
