We have had disastrous experience with appliances. They are old, broken, and useless. Barton Farms continue to bring damaged appliances that don’t function or function for a limited time, i.e., 2 weeks. I took my food to my daughter’s home in Beech Grove. At least I have my own deep freezer. Management asked if I wanted another use refrigerator which may cease to function at anytime and my reply was no. I don’t want to continue to transfer food from one place to another, mop water, or remove ice. Barton Farms nor Zidans has offered no reimbursement or remedy for my loss. All of this even though I was told a new replacement would be coming the next day. They are a disappointment and I’m very upset.

I've been living here for the past 4 years, and have been very happy here, I can barely tell I have neighbors. The apartments are nice and kept in great conditions. I moved here from Vegas in 2019 and had only the pictures online to go by. I was not able to make it out here to view the apartment before signing the lease and I will say I was not disappointed at all. It matched the pictures on the website pretty spot on. Being my first time ever living in an apartment I'm very satisfied with Barton Farms.

I have been here 4 years. The staff is polite and helpful when I ask questions. The maintenance answered my tickets within 24 hours concerning my facets dripping which they replaced the next day. My dryer quit working and the next day it was replaced. The grounds are well maintained including the trash bins. The location is perfect for commuting to work. Plus my neighbors are great too! Great place to live!

I have lived at Barton Farms for 14 years. The prior ownership/management was ok and had a few issues that had me contemplating moving out. However, the new ownership and management has made for a wonderful experience! The staff are attentive and pleasant. The property received a much needed makeover, and anything brought to their attention is handled quickly and professionally. They also foster a welcoming environment through community events and a rewards program. If you are looking for a nice and well-maintained apartment or duplex, and a quiet, yet welcoming community, this is a great place to live!

We have lived here for 3 years now and have loved it! We have had very few issues and when we put in a maintenance request they often come the same day. We love the screened in porch, storage space, and the big walk in closet. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who asks!

We have lived in this community for 14 years. It has always been a relatively quiet and safe place. It continues to be. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. The office staff are good at helping and answering any questions or issues which come up. The property was bought by a new company a few years ago. The rent increased (like everywhere else) but they are working to make improvements. I plan to continue as a resident!

We are loving our new duplex. Grounds are beautifully maintained, quiet friendly neighborhood. Maintenance is efficient in readily completing work orders. Terrific staff! Jamie & office management is absolutely wonderful. We are happy & abundantly blessed we found Barton Farms. Looking forward to our future days here.

Barton Farms is a nice quiet place to live and they try to do a lot to involve us residence. There very fast and responsive when it comes to maintenance also. The only negative part is that I feel they are way too expensive when it comes to rent.
