DO
NOT
LIVE
HERE!
I
recently
moved
from
out
of
state
to
the
Indy
and
found
Sundance
through
a
google
search.
I
picked
it
because
it
had
fairly
good
reviews
and
the
pictures
looked
very
nice.
However,
I
was
catfished
by
the
pictures
online
and
held
back
tears
when
I
arrived.
While
they
are
undergoing
a
lot
of
renovations
and
the
newly
renovated
apartments
are
nice
inside
(mine
was
one
of
the
newly
renovated
ones)
this
comes
with
an
abundance
of
strange
men
and
women
coming
in
and
out
of
the
building
at
all
hours
of
the
day
with
no
identifiable
uniform
or
anything
to
put
you
at
ease
as
to
why
there
are
so
many
unfamiliar
faces
lurking
around.
Speaking
of
unidentifiable
workers,
their
maintenance
workers
are
supposed
to
wear
"uniforms"
or
some
sort
of
clothing
that
helps
them
be
easily
identifiable
as
someone
who
works
in
maintenance
for
the
company.
This
is
not
always
the
case.
On
several
occasions
I
had
to
contact
management
to
confirm
the
individuals
I
was
seeing
did
in
fact
work
there.
***ATTENTION
WOMEN
LIVING
ALONE
(not
necessarily
related
to
complex
itself
but
more
the
area)
there
had
been
an
incident
where
a
man
claiming
to
work
for
"the
veterans"
came
to
my
door
(on
the
3rd
floor)
at
8:30
PM
asking
for
shoe
and
clothing
donations.
I
contacted
management
and
the
local
sheriff's
department
because
it
just
did
not
sit
well
with
me.
After
talking
with
other
residents
that
lived
on
my
floor,
it
sounded
like
he
only
came
to
my
door
and
the
door
next
to
me-
a
female
but
did
not
knock
on
the
two
apartments
who
were
occupied
by
men
at
the
time.
I
purchased
a
door
camera
from
Blink
following
this
incident
and
additional
lock
reinforcement
on
Amazon.
I
suggest
doing
both
if
you
choose
to
live
here.
On
top
of
all
of
this,
I
had
packages
stolen
from
the
complex.
The
mailmen
do
not
bring
it
to
your
door,
they
just
leave
it
on
top
of
the
mailboxes
that
are
out
in
the
open
outside
on
the
first
floor,
you
know
where
all
the
unfamiliar
men
and
women
are
walking
past
all
day.
While
management
has
always
been
responsive
when
I
emailed
them
with
complaints
there
rarely
has
ever
been
a
solution.
I
decided
not
to
resign
my
lease
at
the
end
of
lease
due
to
feeling
unsafe
in
the
area
and
at
the
complex
(i.e.,
the
large
amount
of
unfamiliar
people
coming
in
and
out,
my
packages
getting
stolen,
and
the
strange
solicitor-did
I
mention
the
police
shot
a
man
from
the
hotel
next
door
on
the
apartment
property
and
all
management
said
was
the
clubhouse
area
was
"temporarily
unavailable.
You
can't
put
a
price
on
safety
and
this
place
is
NOT
that.
This
was
a
learning
opportunity
for
me.
From
the
get
go
I
should
have
known
this
apartment
complex
was
not
the
vibe.
I
have
a
registered
emotional
support
animal
and
provided
the
property
owners
with
the
necessary
documentation
from
licensed
professionals
in
the
state
I
was
residing
in.
I
was
quickly
informed
that
in
order
to
have
the
animal
qualify
under
THEIR
specifications
and
be
exempt
from
pet
fees
(remember
it's
a
support
animal)
the
letter
had
to
come
from
a
licensed
psychiatrist
or
therapist
in
the
state
of
Indiana...
as
previously
stated
I
was
moving
from
out
of
state
and
did
not
have
a
therapist
licensed
in
Indiana
yet
because
I
had
not
moved
to
the
state
hence
needing
the
apartment.
I
am
confused
what
makes
this
property
owner
qualified
to
determine
what
licensed
professional
can
and
cannot
make
this
recommendation.
The
blatant
disregard
for
the
fact
that
this
is
an
emotional
support
animal,
something
you
simply
cannot
just
get
a
letter
for
day
1
of
counseling,
and
of
how
difficult
it
is
to
find
a
therapist
in
the
state
of
Indiana
this
property
owner
demonstrated
a
complete
lack
of
empathy
for
those
with
mental
illness.
