I love shopping at Michael’s. They have a lot of cool stuff that I use at home for my hobbies. I ordered a lot of ornaments for my Xmas tree this year. Last time I got ideas from their website how to storage Xmas decoration. So, I made an order online and got everything 50% off, picked up at store. I placed an order on Friday evening and did not expect it to be ready until Saturday. However, got text message that my order was ready in short period of time on Friday. That was surprisingly quick! Love this store!

The store looks Great and is open!! It's stocked, Ready for fall and Halloween and all the crafty things you can think of!!

I went to michael's today And I was Rudely reminded that systemic racism still exists. There was this lady that I asked help from she was Returning items that were moved back to their locations. I asked her multiple times to help me. Every single time she gave me a really rude answer and wouldn't help me. Find the section or the item would just point me out to a general area. Without naming me an aisle number or anything. And I was looking for specific items. Really hard to find. But then I go down to another aisle. And I find her looking up an item on her. Scanner for another customer which happened to be white. She was extremely rude to me, but extremely nice to her in less than 5 seconds from interacting with me. Then a walked past her multiple other times looking confused And still searching for these items. She mean mugs me and doesn't ask. Have you found them? Do you need any more help nothing at all. I was shopping for instacart, not for myself. If I was shopping for myself. I would have left the store a long time ago. I do not recommend this location at all.

This is hands down the best Michaels in the Indianapolis area. It's well stocked with a large selection in every department but those things don't make it the best Michaels. That honor goes to the employees. They're always eager to hear what you're working on and happy to share ideas and inspiration.

Great craft store with a lot of ideas or you can put together a room without a decorator. It’s already arranged for you. Nice store with a lot of great products.

Love this store, always friendly and helpful. I can spend hours looking at all of the choices of crafting items. I enjoy all types of art projects and almost always I can find items I need at this store. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Handicap ♿️ access is available, even bathroom is Handicap ♿️ friendly.

Great Collection of Art and Craft Material. Wide range of wool material in different colors. I can say, one stop destination for all your Art and craft needs. Plenty of parking. Great clean store. Always great deals in most of the products.

Nice, clean, well organized store and pleasant employees. Only had self-checkouts but seemed easy enough to use.
