Not
going
to
fib,
I
was
disappointed.
The
tortilla
chips
used
for
the
chillaquilles
had
the
preservatives
aftertaste
of
American
style
corn
tortillas.
So
did
the
chips
for
the
salsa
on
the
fish
taco
platter.
The
sauce
on
the
fish
tacos
(Chipotle
mayo)
over
powered
the
flavor
of
the
beautifully
cooked
fried
fish
that
should
have
been
the
real
star.
The
tortillas
for
the
fish
tacos
were
good*flour*
However,
I'll
go
back
for
the
fish
tacos
without
the
sauce
on
top.
No
to
the
chillaquilles
as
long
as
the
same
type
of
tortillas
are
being
used.
I
also
want
to
try
the
chicken
so
I'll
be
back
and
update
then.
