A
rainy
fall
weekday
at
12:30
pm
makes
me
think
chili,
stew
or
soup
for
lunch.
So
pho
it
is.
Plenty
of
off-street
parking
makes
things
easy.
The
ordering
area
is
a
wee
bit
tight
but
they
kept
it
moving.
I
ordered
pho
with
grilled
pork.
Now,
many
of
the
places
where
I've
had
pho
before
have
the
annoying
habit
of
leaving
the
meat
in
huge
pieces.
Not
the
case
here,
everything
is
small
enough
you
needn't
cut
it
or
practice
being
a
Cro-magnon
gnawing
of
a
bite
from
a
slab.
A
big
bowl
of
deliciousness
arrived
at
my
table
a
few
minutes
later
with
the
jalapeños,
sprouts
&
herbage
on
a
separate
plate
along
with
the
requisite
container
of
chili
paste
(yum!).
Fork,
spoon
&
washable
chopsticks,
too.
30
minutes
later,
bowl
empty,
stomach
full
&
happy,
I'm
prepared
to
face
the
rest
of
my
day.
There
is
plenty
of
room
for
wheelchairs,
et
al,
and
tons
of
seating
inside
and
out.
Also,
beer
is
available.
And
having
spent
$13.50
($1
charge
for
plastic)
when
many
of
the
other
pho
shops
I've
been
to
charge
from
$18-22
for
the
same
thing
and
amount,
I
will
happily
return.
Maybe
get
a
Bahn
mi
next
time?
