Great service! We found Hardin County Honda to be reasonable with their fees and did not charge a premium on their inventory (March-April 2022) unlike other dealers in the region. Maurice, our sales consultant was very professional and courteous. We negotiated over text and emails. The finance manager has our papers prepared prior to our appointment and asked us (no pressure) about optional coverage. We declined and he proceeded with our signature. We recommend this dealership.

Definitely worth the short trip from Louisville!!! If I could give Larry and the guys at Hardin County Honda 10 Stars, I would! 100% Respectful and Kind from first contact. Been trying to get a 2023 Odyssey for several weeks, and finally found one here. There was never any pressure to buy, or wasn't pushy in any way. We entered the store a little after 5 p.m. today and we were already exhausted from car shopping for almost 7 hours. Gabriella was quick to greet us and show us the cars we were interested in without pressuring us. She was very upfront with the pricing and even continued to work almost an hour past closing time! After all of her hard work, we still didn’t seal the deal due to feeling uncomfortable with the monthly amount; however, she was not upset at all and made herself available if we wanted to return or seek other financing options. I would honestly give this dealership 5-stars but I was mildly concerned with the sales manager’s attitude towards us after we said we weren’t finalizing a purchase & questioning our decision to find alternative financing options (outside of Honda). Yes we showed up at the end of the day and yes they stayed open later for us, but I asked if this was ok before we sat down to talk numbers, run credit, etc. I believe dealerships nowadays expect people to roll up, pay $60k (10% interest) for a car without seeing it in person, and then move on to the next customer. I hope if we return to this location the manager has a better attitude in reference to a customer’s personal knowledge and experience. I do not want to take away from how amazing and wonderful Gabriella was to us and I hope the dealership values her as much as we did!

This was by far the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience I've had! Andy was a pleasure to work with, and I believe they gave me an extremely fair price on my trade-in. I walked away with the car that I wanted (which was already marked under KBB value) I'm so thankful that I decided to make the drive out to Hardin County! Pleasure doing business with you!

Dylan Sebastian was amazing!! He was informative and if he didn't have the answer to my questions he made sure to get the answers. Not once did he make me feel pressured to do anything to my vehicle. My struts/shocks weren't broke or leaking. He made sure to tell me that. He suggested to replace them because of the mileage on my vehicle. But said it wasn't necessary at the time. I went ahead and had them replaced to be on the safe side. Dylan provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much Dylan. You definitely deserve a raise or promotion.

Drove 130 miles one way to do business with this dealership Pretty good overall experience. Got pretty much what I wanted for my trade-in vehicle made the deal on a new Honda Accord touring model. Pretty laid back dealership I dealt with actually two salesman Maurice and Patrick both good guys. After owning the car for a moth have a couple problems with the car like the system will not update No fix in sight. Door chip guard put on badly. Paint job from the factory light and dark spots in the paint. Call the Factory representative on the update fix have no clue about a fix can't wait till December to get rid of it.

We had a great experience with Hardin Co Honda. Larry was great to work with. I bought my first car there in 2005 and have purchase two other cars elsewhere. My service at the other dealership was disappointing. On our recent purchase we decided to try Hardin Co Honda again. It is a bit of a drive, but well worth the professionalism we’ve received.

The customer service was FANTASTIC! Maurice and Gabriella went way above and beyond the call of duty! They stayed after hours on 11/22 to complete the sale; and Maurice even delivered the car to my house on 11/23 after it was ready so that I’d be able to travel out-of-state for Thanksgiving. I bought a 2023 Odyssey today after after trying to purchase from 3 other dealers, I have to say that Howard and his team were extremely honest and upfront on their dealings. I had two other dealerships lie and try to pull fast ones and this team did not. It was a 2.5 hr drive from Northern Kentucky but I’m so glad I did it. I’d recommend anyone take the drive as I did. It’s a dealers market and they were fair as reasonable. No complaints here and if I ever need another Honda, these folks will be my first call.

If I could give more stars I would!! I took my Honda civic in to get an issue looked at. My service rep, Dylan, was awesome throughout the whole process. Kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. a true professional. I waited in the lounge while it was being worked on and they’ve got some awesome massage chairs for you to sit in, a TV, vending machines, and a coloring station for kids. Hardin County Honda was a pleasure to do business with and I actually look forward to working with them in the future!

I had been in search of a Honda Civic and was working with Honda World of Louisville and just didn't feel comfortable with them. I talked with several salesmen there and something was not sitting right with me. I was coming back from Elizabethtown and decided check Hardin County Honda's inventory.
