I’ve been going here for 8-9 years now and the hygienists, office staff, and dentists are the best in the business! They will make you feel comfortable and welcome no matter your situation. Beautiful waiting area and patient rooms. Best dental practice I’ve ever been too!

Today I got a replacement crown. Totally complete in 3 hrs. 1 visit. Dr. Alex was recommended to me by my family dentist of 40 yrs. I loved this practice. Dr. Alex and Reba were fantastic. Kind. Gentle and funny. I don’t write reviews often. This one is 100% deserved.

This was my first initial visit with Above and Beyond Dentistry. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The facility is VERY clean and organized. My dental assistant was very informative and took the time to explain in detail my services. The hygienist and dentist were also very nice and welcoming. I am glad to say I finally found the perfect dentistry for me and my family. At the end of my visit I was given a warm lavender towel to refresh my face, I thought that was a lovely touch. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Hygienist are friendly, helpful and attentive. The team is absolutely awesome. Dr Fisk is caring, listens to concerns and addresses them. They make me feel at ease during every visit. I am completely satisfied with the services and care I have received from them.

Dr. Iskol and his staff are the absolute best! I chipped a tooth today, and while it wasn’t horrible, it was very upsetting and worrisome to me. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding my teeth. When I called the office to see if I could get in Dr. Iskol made sure to make a spot for me because he knows how much I would worry about it. I don’t know many doctors who, not only know their patients’ history that well, but that are also that accommodating. He took my anxiety into consideration and made time for me. And not only that, he also did an incredible job fixing my tooth- you can’t even tell it was damaged! Over the past 10 years I have always felt like I’m in the best hands at Above and Beyond Dentistry, and today was another example of why that’s true! I’m so grateful to Dr. Iskol and his wonderful team!

I haven't met anyone who LIKES to go to the dentist. I don't like it either...but if I have to go...and I do...I wouldn't go anywhere else...and I haven't for many years. I drive an hour...from Historic College Park to Lawrenceville...and no matter what they need to do...the literally do with with expertise...and love. I have never been treated so beautifully in a dental environment. I know they care...and that is worth the drive and the anxiety of having to have any procedure. They could bottle and sell their approach. Mind blown yet again after today's visit.

Dr. Iskol is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He was attentive, patiently answered all my questions, and provided so much insight on the issues I was having with my teeth! My dad has seen Dr. Iskol for years & mentioned the crown he did was the best he’s ever had. If you don’t have a dentist, I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Iskol!

I’ve been a patient here for a very long time. The dentists are knowledgeable, professional, and up to date with the latest technologies. The staff is always helpful & friendly. They do a fantastic job!

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The front office is clean and quiet. I was originally scheduled for a 2 hour cleaning. We spoke over the phone because I was running late and my appointment was push for only an hour . When I arrived I was under the impression that I was getting a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning at the same visit . I agreed to the set amount . During my service only my back teeth were cleaned . I ask her what was the difference between a deep clean and regular cleaning and she described to me that the tools and frequency and deep they go between the gums . I have gotten cleaning before ,but never had I only gotten half of my mouth done and charged for twice different things . When we arrive to the front desk to informed the reception . She informed her she was able to get everything done. I responded by saying we didn’t and because you said I did not need a full cleaning . I did not push back . I just knew it did not sound right or even correct . I hope this helps someone who is looking for a dentist .

My first visit to Above and Beyond dentistry. I was extremely impressed with the staff and Dr Fisk. Beautiful facility. Took time to discuss my dental needs in detail. They came highly recommended by a friend and after my consultation with Dr Fisk I can understand why.

The absolute best dentist of a lifetime which is almost as long as I have been going to Dc. Iskol and Tammy the hygienist. I knew Gary Iskol was a great man and great dentist after he spent time at midnight 36 years ago when I was having a crisis after bad dentist work from my teenage years in Detriot. He is the kindest man and really cares about his patients. They truly go over and beyond! Thank you for taking care of me all these years!

Everyone at above and beyond are great. We’ve been using them for several years and it’s always been a great experience. The ladies up front know insurance and billing well, and can explain it just as good. Dr Podebryi is my dentist and I’ve had a lot of crown work done by him with no issues. I’ve also interacted with Dr Iskol and Fisk and they are great. And their hygienist are great as well.

Dr Iskol is simply the best dentist in the state of GA. A real cool dude and absolutely knows his stuff. I now live in Duluth and work in Alpharetta but it’s worth traveling to Lawrenceville for an excellent dentist.

I'm so thankful I was referred to above and beyond dentistry. They are all so kind. I had a extraction. I love how they explained the procedure every step of the way and it was painless. I would definitely recommend this Dental Office to any & everyone looking for a Great & Caring Dental provider.

It was just a cleaning but Marla did a great job. She explained what she was doing and was gentle in her approach. Gives me more confidence about all the other work I need done.

Iskol, Fisk & their hygienist are hands down the most wonderful people. There is NO place like Above And Beyond Dentistry. I’ve been coming to Gary Iskol since I was old enough to visit a dentist. And I can say with certainty, no matter where I live, I will not change dentists. I’ve never had a single complaint, complication or even pain during a filling. They are the real deal!

I love this dentistry. They're professional and personable. They know who I am and address me by my name when I walk in the door, even before I sign in. Everyone has always been so kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this place, because they really do go AND BEYOND😏
