    Had the most terrible first experience at this ear specialist. Dr. Johnny Won Shows no care for children. He is rude don’t seem to want hear any explanation to why you came to the visit. And to make my experience more unpleasant when they sent my prescription over to the pharmacy I needed to pick up. The pharmacy was giving me a hard time to give me the medication because Dr. Johnny Won didn’t clarifying how much I had to give my son. And it’s like the pharmacy and the clinic had me going back and forth trying to get this situation fix just to get my son’s ear drops. Terrible communication with nurses and front staff. They would hangup on me even when I was telling them the issue I was having at the pharmacy. I’ll be not returning to this doctor. Nor would I recommend anyone here.

    If I could rate negative 5 I would . My son had surgery Monday May 22nd @8:30, the medicine they had sent to the pharmacy was entirely too strong for a 4 year old and the pharmacist had to tell me that ! After calling the ENT 4 times they FINALLY SENT THE RIGHT MEDICINE @5pm , my son was in pain due to him getting out of surgery early morning and needing that medicine 4 hours after . I’ve been trying to call since May 23rd to speak to someone about his fever and to have them send something else to the pharmacy and NOBODY ANSWERS ! DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

    Please please read my review, maybe the other doctors are nice but the moment the receptionist mentions an appointment with Dr. Johnny Won do not go there, ask for someone else. I work for Northside Hospital (ofc im not gonna tell them) but the way he belittles and talked down to my mother with loud sighs and eye rolls is something i would get fired for at my job. He would even say “then I don’t know what to tell you”. Spent less than 10 minutes with us as i reassured my mother and her being scared about her vertigo that he meant well over and over despite his rude behavior. Dr Won go get retrained in how to talk to people, idk if you need a write up or what. Absolutely unacceptable how physicians can always get away acting in the most disrespectful ways. Do better and don’t take advantage of the patients that paid to see you. The other staff were very friendly and nice.

    I had the best experience! I was in and out and treated very quickly by Dr. Tyler Denmeade. He was very personable and informative. The staff was also amazing and attentive and treated me in such a professional and caring manner! I really felt heard. I would definitely go back to l location with any future issues! Highly recommend!!!

    Before I come I call Ask about how much will be and they told me 170$ and after I got bill 900$ this and I call ask billing department to help she didn’t care at all. I will never trust this location anymore

    So unprofessional they have uneducated people at the front desk that don’t understand how insurance billing works. telling me i have other insurance and that my visit won’t be covered even after i showed them my actual insurance card which they accept. made me waste my whole day and didn’t get to see the doctor. i would never recommend anyone coming here.

    $169 for consultation down the drain. They’re irresponsible and staff is rude. Worst ear doctor I’ve been to in my life. Worst ear doctor in existence. They should shut this place down.

    Had a wonderful visit with my son today. Dr. Tyler was great and answered all of my questions, we didn't feel rushed at all, and left with a plan. The staff was great and friendly as well, the appointment was on time, check in was a breeze and we had no issues at all, five stars from us. *update* Went back for a nasal cautery for my son and Dr. Tyler was awesome at making him feel comfortable and being quick, another great visit, And very happy to have found him ans staff to help my son. Another great visit!
