I booked this room as an overnight heading to Jamaica. Thankfully, it was only one night, but I would not stay at this place again. The wifi was very unstable and the kitchen needs some serious upgrade in the quality of what is provided before you can begin to feel at home there. But the most significant thing for me was the security,or lack thereof, of the room. I stayed in room 9 and there was a huge space (about half an inch) between the door and the door frame that did not provide me with any sense of comfort during the night. Added to the fact that I had to use all of my strength to lift the door in order to get the deadbolt locked. The night was by no means a restful one.

Was a pleasant stay, just need a few upgrades but i would stay there again.

I am leaving my review based on its four star rating, which I think is a little high. Here are the things I liked: The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was functional, the air conditioning worked great, check in was very easy. We arrived after check-in hours so the room was left open for us with a sign on the office door letting us know which room was ours. The little food stand adjacent to the hotel was open and we got dinner there. The food was very tasty. We left before the office was open in the morning so we left the door unlocked and the keys on the table like we found it. The price was very reasonable, which was why we opted to stay here in the first place. This is what I didn't like: Parking is a nightmare, but that's the case everywhere on the island I have found out, there was no hot water so we could only have cold showers, the equipment and fixtures were old and some were rusty, the space around the bed is tight so the bathroom door and the bedroom door sometimes hit, and the TV didn't work well. It was an adequate place for one night but I wouldn't spend a whole week here.

Thank you to Shirmique and her team for the stay. If you are looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable, and safe place to stay, then Connie's is the place.

I just came back from the Island and Connie's Comfort Suites made my days very easy going, affordable price, hot and could water shower, nice size bed, they made room for another small bed for my little grandson, I feel like home

My hubby and I had a wonderful time at Connie's Comfort Suites. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome note to self check-in and location of the room. When we entered, it was cool and smells really refreshing. We stayed for 2 nights and still wanted to spend more time because being there was home away from home. Thanks to the staff who responded swiftly to the minor Internet issue and still followed up to make sure we stayed connected. Most of all thank you to Shirmique for her dedication in making sure her guests are happy throughout their stay. We will definitely be going back so keep up the good work...

I've been here for a couple of days and have had a great experience with my family. The staff is warm and hospitable. I love how the location is convenient, close to the beach, restaurant, and entertainment. I highly recommend it.

The staff could not be nicer, stop by and chat to the wonderful ladies in reception as often as possible. If you are looking for something not a resort where you are surrounded by the same people you left your home country with, this is it! Town is 15 min walking, beaches about 30. Im here during the low season and I haven’t encountered a tourist all week! Room is clean, AC works, showers aren’t hot as they don’t need to be in this climate. Local flavor here.

Connie's was comfortable, but basic accommodations. Convenience stores were in very close proximity.

The place is clean enough but the minute we booked our credit card was hacked and used on the island

Shirmique is Connie's daughter and she is a wonder woman - A+ for customer service! This place is clean and cute and perfect if you want an economical place to stay to rent a car and explore the island. Shirmique arranged a rental car for me last minute, came to help immediately when I had an issue with the car and then replaced it on the spot with a better car for no extra charge! After my rental was done, she even drove me where I needed to go after dropping off the car. She also was able to sell me a SIM card without me having to go into town. There is a little store right next door that sells the SIM card minutes and any food or drink you could want! This neighborhood is very safe. I walked alone (female) to Papa Zouk's for a fabulous dinner at night - close and no issues (and delicious!) This place is also very walkable to St. John's and there is a bigger supermarket and 24 hour ATM also in walking distance. My perfect Antigua vacation started with a few days here, renting a car right from here, exploring the whole island via car (so much more economical than the expensive tours) and then I changed over to an all-inclusive resort on the beach for just a few days to relax and not move. The customer service here is top notch; the place is clean, comfortable and convenient to St. John's and the staff can help you with ANYTHING you need. I recommend it 100%!

The place is well kept. The staff are friendly & helpful. It's within close proximity to downtown. There is a mini local eatery across the street & a local mini Mart next door. I highly recommend it. Antigua is costly so you may want to grocery shop & cook at Connie's.
