This is one of the best cigar rooms I've been in. It's certainly the best in Coral gables. It's a nice place to relax smoke a cigar have a drink and socialize with nice people. I strongly recommend.

Was there Saturday and place was wonderful. Great service. One of the nicest cigar lounge I have been to. Main issue, waitress was going from table to table with no mask. Come on. That's the perfect way to get Covid-19 and transmit it to 50 other people.

First time in Miami wanted to grab a cigar and get my afternoon work done. Found this place and love it! Busy atmosphere, friendly servers who helped in their humidor and I believe the owner was greeting all the customers classy place, asked me if I was good and connected on my laptop. Definitely will be back - and coming from cold winter Wisconsin the 70’s were also AWESOME

Very clean, like the chill energy. What brought me here was the golden triangle. I love that place after shopping there we saw it and it was full of people, friendly staff, a lot of selections.

Lovely place with nice selection and staff, but the moment you have 4 loud guys having a conversation (and the patrons are usually very enthused), the entire room gets louder than a jet taking off. The place really needs some soundproofing, my ears are usually bleeding from the noise level after 20 minutes.

I never leave bad reviews--in fact this is my first--but I was so unimpressed that I couldn't not say anything. Went in to buy two cigars as gifts. The employee working when I stopped in did not have a very good attitude and seemed annoyed when I asked her which were the most popular cigars. I wound up buying two cigars that she said were popular and then found out that they were the two that were not liked by the person I planned on giving them to. Called not even an hour later to see if I could exchange them for two other cigars of the same value and was very rudely told that I could not. That's something that would have been nice to know before I bought, by the way. Won't be buying from them again. I've been to other cigar stores where the customer service was excellent and the employees were actually willing to help. Do not recommend this place at all. -10/10 recommendation. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Had the absolute pleasure of visiting this fine establishment twice while in from the West Coast. In my first visit, I stopped in to purchase a number of cigars I can't find on my coast and was assisted by Sofia. In my second, I did the same plus more and was assisted by resident Cigar & Spirit Sommelier-Mel, who not only helped me in gathering the same, she introduced me to a pairing of spirits with the cigar I enjoyed in the lounge, one of which is now my new favorite bourbon and now adorns my liquor cabinet at home. I'll echo the same sentiment mentioned many times over in previous reviews, I now need a Galiano Cigar Room close to home! Sam

I don’t smoke cigars but I love coming here! It’s such a great vibe and atmosphere. The ladies who work here are so sweet and kind! The drinks are good and it’s an awesome spot to just chill out. They have an indoor and outdoor area which is perfect. If you’re in the gables and looking for a good vibes spot def check it out.

A great range of cigars with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Every time I visit I feel like I am taken care of very well and I have yet to be disappointed. Many of the clientele are also very friendly and I've been able to have good conversations with random strangers.
