Stayed at this location for one night, A day after my check out I was charged 20$ for a ā€œdamagedā€ face towel, it was not stained nor tore, just dirty, sent my regards to whom I assume is the manager about the ā€œdamagedā€ charge and how the floor were filthy to begin with, I also sent a screenshot of previous review so they would know this is not the first time about this problem, they were very unprofessional and seemed very upset and I replied back the energy they gave out. Still claimed to say we didnā€™t want to pay for the ā€œdamagesā€ but yet still paid. check twice about booking here. Cleaniness is out of their standard so they donā€™t give out Marriott expectations x)

Pros - Bathroom shower, sink, and toilet are new. Complete toiletries. Good for short term stay. We were on a cross-country trip and we stayed here for 1 night. Affordable price. Fast transaction. Cons - close to road so itā€™s super noisy. The room has a weird smell, but itā€™s clean. Just the smell is a little off.

Friendly front desk. Clean and neat though things were somewhat crowed in the room. The king size bed was comfortable to me. The windows on the two sides brought good ventilation, so no stale air or strange smell commonly experienced in many motels. The heater worked fine at night as it could be cold in Flagstaff even in late April. Just next to the busy railway can be a problem to some people but not to me, since I grew up near a railway and I enjoyed watching trains passing by even at night.

My room was clean and the bed was comfy, and the TV was great! The staff was great too. Bathroom is a bit cramped, except shower, and floor slopes a touch in places due to thr age of the building. But, the price was right and I was not unhappy. Plus, I was allowed to have my little doggie there too! šŸ˜Š

I recommend motel 6 than this place. This place is catfishing everyone. I stayed for one night and was charged an extra $20 for a small towel that was used to clean their floor! Everything should be washed and cleaned by them after people stay there right? They said it was damaging property but thatā€™s funny because it was not ripped nor destroyed. JUST DIRTY. Are guests not allowed to use towels that are provided in the bathroom? Did I mention the floors were dirty! There was no bath mat so I had to use a small towel. ā€œyou want affordable but yet Marriott standards ā€œ their words not mine. Hey motel have you ever heard of a washing machine?

Not enough parking spaces. We had to park next to a dumpster late at night and woke up to a tow warning paper. REPAINT YOUR PARKING LOT

I am very upset with Travelers Inn period! This motel isnā€™t great for tourists or families who are on vacation. Several people live here like they are in the apartments. I knew that some people stay there for a very long time. This motel IS NOT apartment. Also, they parked on my space by the room. I wanted to park my suv closer to the door. They are rude. I will not recommend about this for tourists. This is for apartment or long term stay. They also have pitbull that lives there. My son was scared and fear of pit bull. Thatā€™s why I put one star.

The rooms are old but they are clean, comfortable and affordable, also quiet. Staff is friendly. We stayed here for business purposes as a family. We will most definitely continue to stay here when we come to Flagstaff for work. The folks that do live here are really sweet. Everyone has to be somewhere these days. Iā€™m happy that Travelers Inn provides safe places for long term folks. ā¤ļø Pet friendly Kid friendly Large rooms Updated bathrooms Walking distance for shopping Route 66

I was very disappointed that the manager says that the residents check out time is 3pm because I arrived at1030 am. I went out for something to eat. The earliest I can check in was 1pm. After I checked in he said check out was 11am. Which is it? Keep in mind the train comes by 24/7. Even though I don't smoke my neighbor gets to smoke outside next to my window and instead of smelling fresh clean air I have to be forced to smell smoke or close all windows.

We love this little Inn. The staff is always friendly amd the rooms are always clean. I haven't had any bad experience during my stays. The property does look like it needs work and from the looks of the staff members are trying.

Huge room for a more budget motel, couch and tables, refrigerator and microwave, comfortable bed, AC , nice little bathroom, would definitely stay again, great location right on Route 66, close to Fry's and not far from downtown. Great motel

For the price, I was impressed. Was greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the desk who made check in and check out easy. Rooms were nothing extravagant, but were fine for the purpose needed. Clean and comfortable. Cool to be on Route 66!

Sweet and humble hospitality. I was passing through Flagstaff, tired and still had a long ways to my destination. I booked online and called ahead to let them know I was coming. They had my room warm and toasty, heater was on for me, and It was clean and ready for me to sleep. I was very pleased. The room was neat and organized and very cozy.

Worst hotel ever. Cancelled my reservation last minute and left me stranded together with my parents and in-laws. All due to the fact that they couldnā€™t charge my credit card for a couple of hours (needless to say I didnā€™t get any information beforehand that they charge in advance). Disgrace.

Cheap room right by large road & train tracks. Most importantly they don't refund the $100 "security deposit" after the stay is completed, although we left our room tidy like usual. Very underhanded & shady.

The staff at the Travelers Inn get 5 stars! They are kind and accommodating. Travelers inn is a great place to stay for the night or a month. You canā€™t beat the price for the extended stay.

After booking and staying with this motel several times before. They tacked a 100$ worth of deposits after booking it online.leaving me my husband and my dog on the street for the night. I borrowed the money the next day and I am renting a billboard to let the world know just how they treat their customers... Most horrible place I have ever done business with

Seriously! This place needs a complete make over!!! If you have bad knees you cant rent here the entrances are located about three hard concrete steps up with no parking space near your wntrace as intended. There are several diving spaces-un necessary - shower is very limited space ...like 2x3 feet all the way around, toilet is set for toddler use ( close to the floor), closet is the same as shower stall... sink is held up by plywood. TV is hung on the wall cooler is hung near the ceiling so you bearly feel any air. Outlets are NOT modern either.out of ALL this... the beds are comfy, nice med hard/soft with only two small regular sizes pillows and only two towels with a floor mat and two wash cloths. No outlet in the kitchenette area where the coffee, microwave and fridge share same outlet...!!! Talk about run down third world experience...welcome to flagstaff.

We checked in to our room and only had a double bed not the queen we reserved. TV did not work. Walls were dirty. The shower was not clean. We had to ask for toilet paper. They had a water main break and didn't tell us until I was getting ready for a wedding and wanted to take a shower and there was no water. There were trains that went by right across the street multiple times day and night.

Good for 1 or 2 nights- I chose based on price and free wifi. Location is okay, it's directly across from the train on Route 66. Rooms are quite small, bed okay, lighting good, shower good. Room needs a table to sit at instead of on the bed to drink tea, eat etc. Management friendly and helpful.

Rooms very small. Dresser broken. Curtains dirty. Holes in ceiling. Air conditioner in closet. Floors warped. About 2 feet between broken dresser and end of bed. I would never stay here again.
