I
have
made
a
reservation
for
a
watch
on
last
October.
The
staff
told
me
that
i
can
got
the
watch
in
4
month.
So
this
February,
i
made
a
phone
call
to
them.
But
they
told
me
i
am
the
No,4
Client
and
i
have
to
wait
for
another
4
month.
I
try
to
explain
that
i
made
the
reservation
on
last
Oct,
then
they
said
i'm
the
No.1
Client
and
will
get
the
watch
at
the
end
of
Feb.
To
affirm
that
,
i
have
been
to
the
store
at
the
end
of
Feb.
But
as
you
know,
no
watch
and
no
phone
call.
until
this
May,
i
call
them
again
to
ask
when
can
i
get
the
watch.
Funny
thing
is
they
told
me
that
i'm
the
No.4
Client
again
and
will
wait
for
another
4
month.
I
have
to
say
this
is
not
the
way
of
doing
business
and
express
them
with
my
unsatisfaction.
Then
after
3
weeks
i
got
a
call
said
the
watch
is
coming.
The
story
is
not
end.
When
i
got
to
the
store,
they
find
some
kind
of
tax
refund
problem
which
is
totally
not
exist.
If
they
do
not
want
to
sale
this
watch,
they
can
directly
say
it.
This
is
the
worst
shopping
experience
i
have
in
Belgium.
They
are
dishonest
and
unreliable.
I'm
definitely
will
not
go
to
this
store
again.
