They don’t upkeep their own rules in their own buildings and tenants are allowed to do whatever they want, from leaving trash in the hallway to throwing weed parties late at night. You might also be surprised with loud construction in the ground floor, they like to do those during exam times.

Be careful with their arrangement regarding the deposit! After 3 years of renting, they refused to refund part of the deposit without clear motivation, even mediation through the KUL housing service did not help to obtain more information.
