So I made an appointment and cycled 7 kms here today to buy a new bike seat for my Decathlon bike, and the 2 guys at the service area for Decathlon bikes said they had no time to fit it !!?? (would take them 2 minutes). Instead I'm supposed to come back to the Atelier several days later and pay € 7 just for this, no thanks ! So they also lost € 30 because I didn"t buy it !! I've bought LOADS of extra's for my bikes and the Antwerp city Decathlon ALWAYS fits the parts (seats, stands, mudguards, water bottle holders etc) for free ! Lady at reception said it was because of the pandemic/ only open by appointment, but that's nonsense as there were 2 guys there, one on the phone ! And hardly any customers in the shop !! The time they spent arguing with me, they could have fitted it ! What a way to reward loyal customer !!?? Avoid this place and go to Antwerp city Decathlon, much friendlier and more helpful people !! Wasted an hour of my time today going there !!!

After several years of not visiting store I was dissapointed not to find good quality 100% cotton in big sizes for men and woman. Not at all convinced recycled cotton feel clothing help environnement nor feel at all comfortable and look and are cheap. I prefer natural good quality that can be worn for years withou looking baggy

Bought a tennis racket about two weeks ago. Turned out the test tennis racket wasn't in stock anymore but the manager made me 'an offer I could not refuse'. Good shop. Good people. Keep up the good work.

I really like Decathlon. It is a one-stop shop for all your needs for sports and hiking. They have cheap products as well higher quality products with more expensive prices. Something for everyone! This Decathlon in particular is a huge one and is very comfortable to shop at. Loving the RFID checkout!

Spacious store, lots of cheap items. Not always easy to find a particular item because of the arrangement based on sport discipline. (for instance: trousers can be found in the fitness, running, trekking,... department. Free parking available.
