Nice and clean super market, but pricey and Service is bad. The 10 items cashier is not enforced 😞 Do not buy any alcohol with bottle deposit as they demand that you either buy the same or provide recipe to prove that you purchased it from them!!! Then on public holidays or other e.g. Mother's day they are under staffed but moreso for customer service and their baggage storage where customers are required to leave and pick up where shopping!!!! Here we are again. They have status count thus closed until 12h00. BUT NOW IT IS 12H19 AND STILL CLOSED. Customers are waiting outside but do they care - NO!!!

Good shopping mall in Phoenix .Reasonable price and good customer service

It was a nice place few years ago. It was one of the place where you were still finding affordable European products (tho all the other goods were expensive..). It went bad when they got purchased, the fidelity card is now basically useless, prices are high, and there has been a decline for the fresh products.

Excellent place to do shopping and go eating and that all under one roof. There is a supermarket where most of consumer goods are available. There are also different shop offering for sale, domestic appliances, clothes, perfumes, shoes, souvenir boutiques, bookshop, paintings, ect. The food court have a large varieties of cuisine and you could be seated inside the respective restaurent or could also eat under the covered terrace and there also a cafe.

All to be found under the same roof. Parking always available. Fast food. Appliances you have all there. Even groceries. Like it and place it one among my favourite hyper market

One of the bigger malls in Mauritius. Has great selection of shops ranging from electronic shops too cloth stores. It also houses Jumbo. It even has an apple products reseller. The food court has good selection of places. Great place to spend half a day.

For the time being, the best place for shopping and dining. All under one roof for all ages. The parking bit a mess but after renovation completion, it will be great.

Nice Indian food. But most importantly, great service and attitude from the staffs. Keep up the good work guys !

Great place for shopping.. variety of food.. fun for the kids at Koala with the introduction of new games.. a must to be shopping area.. A cinema would have made it more than perfect

Was passing by en route for another place......as usual and with further developments a great place to be ...and not to forget the possibility to travel by the metro going to Rose Hill ...Beau Bassin and Port Louis

Bad service at Nados.. No beer available.. As other Nandos in grand bay and Bagatell you can have.. Does it mean that Nando's Phoenix belongs to a certain category of population?

Really nice place with lots of shops. Interesting restaurants in the food Court. CaféLux has offers a cozy lounge to eat and drink. Easy access to the metro station.

Easy access, good restroom, open foodcourt so you can buy from any restaurant and have a nice table to eat, the open eating space is covered and safe. KFC was closed so had to go to another fast food lol

Parking more controlled now that the metro is here. But still free for the 1st 3 hrs. Enjoyed Cafe LUX and Jumbo. Gifi was empty.

If you go there any day of the week I bet that you will end up queueing for at least 10mins and that applies even if there are less than 30 people. I have almost never went there and not waited in the queue for less than 10 minutes

Very good mall, multi type items available there and a good area with all facilities. I like this place.

This place is Understaffed Had to wait for over 30 minutes before I could checkout. It is absolutely wrong for such a big supermarket. They need to employ more workers to make check outs easy or introduce self checkout

A massive shop with 2 available cashiers. 30 minutes queues! Go to the local shop instead 😃

Mostly overpriced compared to other supermarkets around. During the day there are not many cashiers working specially on weekdays so going to the till can take some time. Furthermore their promotions can be misleading for they could have a promo on a product but the product is out of stock if u go a day later following start of promo. Not my go to place for grocery shopping. The Jumbo that opened some 20 odd years ago was something else

The consierge and the cash counters are too far. Leaving your bag and when you are at the counter, what do you do if you need to put the items in you bag? Even backpack are not allowed, how come, many other places permit backpack, don't they have cameras and a surveillance team? The consierge is overloaded, with beer bottles and bags and other promotional items and customer issues. There must be a type of segregation of duties there, bags should be kept near the cash counters for ease of retrieving. Overall, I really love jumbo varieties and qualities, there is always something to buy and something new to discover. Jumbo promotion is nice as well, you can feel yourself pamper you with promotional prices and articles. overall, 4/5 for the service and nice vibe.

Bought a bag of kibbles for dogs and the bag contained maggots although the kibbles were not expired. Very disappointed and I sincerely wonder about the state in which you store your products

It could have been a more pleasant experience if there were no problems with the public transport

Not bad. For groceries, the prices are way better then Winners, even shockingly better than Intermart who's prices has been raising questionably. I recommend.

Due to pandemic the place is less crowded as before. The food court seems to be desert.

Cleanliness still up-to-date. Still attractive. Much variety. But my God, how windy and freezing it still is inside the food court area. In winter it's not comfortable @ all to dine in the open space.

Since it's Christmas eve the place is quite crowded, but amazing. The employees at Woolworths was helpful and even at Aldo. I was really impressed of the products.

Offer a wide range of shops but concerning the supermarket maybe there are some renovation to do. And also maybe add more labelling to the aisle. I spent 15mins looking for 1 product and even one of the workers sent me to the wrong place.

Crazy actually, lots of promotions on diverse items.. Always good to be there.. Should have more sanitary items.. Huge parking = very essential 👍👍👍

I bought indian haldiram sev from this store on 14march 2022. When I opened it smells really bad.I went back to store meet a guy who keep eye on all the products there (which he told me). He ask me for recipt which i dont have but i told him time n date which he did not bother to check.i told him to get the same product with same date i will pay and i open it in front of him, he got same product with different date and said its same product anyway, and said you must have bought it from somewhere else and bring it here to change.more over bunch of girls which is there employee start speaking in creole language and starting laughing. A big variety of organic products and prices are better than winner's for the quality of the products. Products are from France for example Thiriet and they also put forward Casino products. Organic products have proper certifications so you know for sure that they are safe. You also have many items for decorating your home which are very cute and affordable, things ranging from chairs to cupboards, potted plants natural and synthetic.

One of the largest hyper markets on the island. Huge variety of items from foodstuffs to office electronic accessories and kitchen utensils. Very nice for monthly commodities shopping and usually promos on large variety of products by the end of each month.
