I
booked
this
for
my
wedding
day,
me
and
my
bridesmaids
all
chose
to
have
hair
and
make
up
done.
I
arrived
15
mins
late
after
2
of
my
4
bridesmaids
had
been
done,
which
I
apologised
for
as
I
know,
they
are
running
a
business
and
there
are
other
customers.
At
9:15
I
was
told
I
would
need
get
my
make
up
done
and
come
back
or
hang
on
until
11:15
to
get
my
hair
done,
which
again
was
absolutely
fine
but
the
attitude
from
the
lady
was
rude.
My
15
year
old
then
got
her
hair
done
by
the
same
lady
who
barely
spoke
2
words
to
her,
but
then
when
the
next
client
come
in
she
was
chatting
away
to
her,
it
was
a
special
day
and
we
all
felt
there
was
a
real
atmosphere
toward
us.
My
make
up
looked
nice,
but
didn't
last
the
day
and
all
of
my
bridesmaids
ended
up
coming
back
to
the
hotel
and
redoing
both
their
hair
and
make
up.
Their
hair
was
falling
out
of
the
styles
anyway
and
one
of
my
bridesmaids
looked
like
she
had
just
pulled
her
hair
into
a
scruffy
bun.
Because
of
the
rudeness
of
the
lady
who
had
told
me
to
come
back
for
my
hair
I
decided
to
do
it
myself
at
the
hotel.
I
didn't
want
any
negativity
on
the
day.
When
she
was
told
I
wasn't
going
to
come
back
for
my
hair,
her
response
was
"oh
good,
because
she
would
have
been
late."
I'm
sorry,
I
very
rarely
leave
a
negative
review
but
I
genuinely
feel
that
was
the
only
part
of
the
day
that
was
ruined,
which
is
a
shame
because
we
were
so
looking
forward
to
it
after
all
of
the
positive
reviews
and
social
media
posts.
I
don't
think
we
are
fussy
people,
but
each
and
every
one
of
us
commented
on
the
attitude
we
received.
