Completely incompetent. Brought my GSXR in for MOT and rear tyre. Failed MOT 2 months prior elsewhere in which time I fixed all issues and checked them before bringing back in. Called several times over two days with no update. Finally walked in myself. Mechanic said it would be some time because of all the fails to fix from the last MOT but he had managed to fix the failed brake light. I asked what he meant because it had been fixed and he started reeling off the fails to me. I told him no they were fixed. He said well he had replaced the wire for me. I told him the wire was not the issue it was the switch that need replacing and the light was fixed I checked before bringing it in. He had basically not listened to just the MOT and started work without asking. I was charged for the work on the invoice which wasn’t needed. After many emails asking to be refunded, and then saying yes we will sort it out. I have now been ignored. Told a price for the tyre over the phone, this was followed by a price £35 more on the invoice. How does that even happen. Lot of similar complaints. Unbelievable place with staff who don’t communicate and terrible workmanship

Staff know what they talk about when you ask questions I bought a mirror mounted phone case from them earlier in the week and found out it was a very good mount and kepted my phone safe and sircure during a small accident I had today and my phone was still in the holder after bike had fell on side and me removed from the bike.

Avoid this place like the plague. Had our quad for nearly seven weeks and couldn’t diagnose the problem. Said it was the ECU so I sent one from South Wales Quads by express post and still didn’t solve the problem so obviously wasn’t the ECU, waste of £264. Staff belligerent and never returned calls . They had to send it away to get it diagnosed. When I first phoned and asked did they fix quads the answer was yes, obviously not it seems. Final bill just short of 1k.

What a load of cow boys bought a bike off them when I rang to complain about the problem again after it was supposed to be fixed I got a load of mouth and got threatened on the phone will be taking it further
