Completely
incompetent.
Brought
my
GSXR
in
for
MOT
and
rear
tyre.
Failed
MOT
2
months
prior
elsewhere
in
which
time
I
fixed
all
issues
and
checked
them
before
bringing
back
in.
Called
several
times
over
two
days
with
no
update.
Finally
walked
in
myself.
Mechanic
said
it
would
be
some
time
because
of
all
the
fails
to
fix
from
the
last
MOT
but
he
had
managed
to
fix
the
failed
brake
light.
I
asked
what
he
meant
because
it
had
been
fixed
and
he
started
reeling
off
the
fails
to
me.
I
told
him
no
they
were
fixed.
He
said
well
he
had
replaced
the
wire
for
me.
I
told
him
the
wire
was
not
the
issue
it
was
the
switch
that
need
replacing
and
the
light
was
fixed
I
checked
before
bringing
it
in.
He
had
basically
not
listened
to
just
the
MOT
and
started
work
without
asking.
I
was
charged
for
the
work
on
the
invoice
which
wasn’t
needed.
After
many
emails
asking
to
be
refunded,
and
then
saying
yes
we
will
sort
it
out.
I
have
now
been
ignored.
Told
a
price
for
the
tyre
over
the
phone,
this
was
followed
by
a
price
£35
more
on
the
invoice.
How
does
that
even
happen.
Lot
of
similar
complaints.
Unbelievable
place
with
staff
who
don’t
communicate
and
terrible
workmanship
