Stunning petrol. I bought some petrol as a birthday gift for my friend Albert. It didn't disappoint. The petrol was of the highest quality. It did go down a treat. He was going to drink it with Gin but I said you'd be better tasting it neat. He wasn't hung over the following day either.

I was broken down abandoned by the R.A.C. for 10 hrs the manager Anne and her assistant Courtney were brilliant let me shelter from the weather. Gave me hots drinks and a bite to eat. Couldn't thank them enough

Dont pump air here, as you can see the New painting on the kerb and it's broken, this must be a accident place. Saw the notebook from garage lots of damages are reported, but most excuses are shell company does not want to make any changes about any suggestions. When you pumping you have to get close enough, and after you may think it's straight, easy and safe to go. But you will hit the the kerb. That's why they keep painting. Pay attention to get out of the place, or will like me can not see front and right side easily and hit .... Was lucky i pressed the pad softly.

Shell petroleum filling station, Sychdyn Mold!!! Friendly staff, do hot and cold snacks!! Coffee machine a variety of items like bread, milk, toothpaste, sweets, biscuits, etc. They also have a toilets!!

Customer service from the site manager is nothing short of awful. No please or thank you and couldn't have been more miserable if she tried. Wouldn't scan my shell+ card either.

Good shop clean and tidy

Pulled up for tyre air, took all the caps off as instructed only to realise that the machine wasn't working. Asked the female attendant is this was working or the second one on site and she replied with a blunt NO. Said (nicely) may be a good idea to put an Out Of Order sign on only to get a sarcastic 'ooooh' back, including another saracastic remark from the manager who was also present. These staff may be capable of selling petrol and stocking shelves but they need a HUGE lesson in good customer service and manners. Still no sign on these machines later in the day - good job Shell store!!! NOT!!!

Absolute awful been sold indate but off milk from here twice, the prices are beyond ridiculous and their products will make you very ill from here... like I have been made. I will be taking this complaint further and contacting HQ as its made me physically ill. We are on the 13th August and the milk states its fresh until the 18th only just bought it and opened it and it was already off meaning it was off before purchase when in the shop. Do not recommend buying anything you devour from here at all.

Very bad mannered and rude female staff working tonight. Argumentative and unpleasant.

Fantastic staff, I bought 40 cigarettes last week and left them in the shop. Went in today and they handed them over to me. What a great surprise. Staff are always so nice
