The old ladies that work in there are miserable and unfriendly, they don't say please or thank you, you ask them for something and they look at you like you've just pissed on their grandkids

Someone should contact Environmental Health. I was told to wait when i asked to be served, the lady serving was too busy hand feeding treats to a customers dog inside the Costcutters food shop.

Great service ,plenty of goods

Sells alcohol and random bits, wine fridge doesn’t feel like it turned on. Beer fridge slightly colder than room temperature. Staff are friendly.

stank of cigarettes. never bring your child in here. they need to be shut down

Cashier was so rude shouting at me for going the wrong way around the shop, no direction arrows apparent. I did apologise but she didn't acknowledge it, I won't be going in there again, staff need training on customer service. I hope as a company this is acted upon as a lot of people have had the same experience.
