This
unique,
little
mother-daughter
owned
establishment
is
a
wonder!
The
teamwork
the
baristas
bring
is
refreshing.
This
location
is
a
little
off
the
road,
though
(follow
the
signs!)
They
roast
fresh
weekly
inhouse
and
serve
a
wide
variety
of
different
drinks:
Cold
brews,
cocas,
cafe
mocha,
teas,
smoothies,
food,
and
locally
made
baked
goods,
here
in
Fenton,
also.
The
drinks
are
always
in
flux,
changing
and
developing
by
master
baristas
and
roasters.
The
shot
of
espresso
was
a
little
tart
and
fruity,
and
had
beautiful
notes
that
blended
extremely
well.
It
is
balanced,
and
smoothly
so;
the
Americano
brings
this
out,
especially,
with
bolder,
fruitier
hints.
Fireside
coffee
co:
offer
several
different
types
of
cold
brew,
including
nitro.
As
someone
who
doesn't
like
cold
brews,
I
will
admit
these
three
types
are
a
treat.
They
are
balanced
and
fresh,
and
I
am
super
surprised
at
the
amount
of
flavor.
The
honey
used
for
some
of
the
drinks
is
from
bees
that
pollinate
the
coffee
plants.
Trying
the
honey
pistachio
cold
brew
I
was
speechless.
The
flavors
were
amazing
mixed
together!
And
I
don't
like
honey
or
pistachios
or
cold
brew
normally,
but
this
blew
me
away.
Overall
I
highly
recommend
stopping
by
and
trying
Fireside
Roasters.
