Worst motel I have ever spent the night at. There was a VERY STRONG mold odor. From out of town (actually another state). Was in the area to take care of some business and just need a cheap place that provided a roof over my head. The bed had spots on it. My husband and I bought a blanket and we slept on top of the covers and threw the blanket over us. I had a feeling that the bed may have bedbugs or something. We never moved the covers to take a look. I felt dirty and unsafe in this motel. Diffinetly not worth the $40 a night. The shower was hot, that is the only good thing I have to say. We also bought some Lysol. The room smelled better after spraying the bed and bathroom. The location felt very unsafe. It also seem like a location where people sell drugs, are on drugs and often visits for a quick hook up (perhaps for drugs or just to get some money). You get my point.

Harry dilapidated a place where people go to use drugs, are used to be a brick house 4 unit apartment well my wife and I were separated she was living there with my infant son and she had to walk up and down the privacy fence every morning because people would throw their hypodermic needles in her yard and condoms in all kinds of stuff that my son could have stepped on gotten AIDS hepatitis whatever and none of it is good I'm glad they demolished that 4 unit apartment so no one else actually I wish they would demolish the East Village Inn because that's the worst I mean the worst it should be condemned Motel and all of Flint it's downtown Flint to boot. Someone should call the health department and every other department on those people! I mean people stay there for weeks at a time or months at a time what's that really say?

All I had to do is Lookouts outside seeing the kind of people that comes in and out I wouldn't stay in this place if it was only a dollar a night , FILTHY

The place is really dirty . I got a room for a friend and there were roaches , burnt bed covers.. people always outside wheeling and dealing. It's definitely no place to take kids. Or ur fam period.

The people who run this place are awful. They treat everyone like they are NOTHING. They are rude and do NOT clean their rooms. The place is NASTY and roach infested.

This is where a lot of homeless people go and they live day by day. A lot of them go to methadone clinics they use heroin or other drugs with intravenous needles. My ex-wife used to live to the brick house right next door and they had to knock down the house it was actually a for apartment building on rye attorney B u r l e y.. I didn't eat like my son staying there well me and my ex-wife were separated because she had to walk the perimeter and pick up all the dirty needles and condoms just so he wouldn't get to them when he would play in the backyard from all the junkies that would just throw them out the window. It's a horrible place stay away murders, suicides, wouldn't surprise me one bit if all that stuff went down there. Lot of violence it what's on Stewart Street.

This place is disgusting. No trash cans in or outside anywhere. I moved 4 different rooms they ALL have bed bugs and roaches. The room service lady is wacko and everybody seems to be crackheads.

Stayed in at least 5-6 rooms and seen a roach everytime. Last room i stayed in had a VERY MUSTY stench that i couldn't get rid of with air freshener. And apparently there was no room to move to

They really made us feel like apart of their family. I'd invite anyone to come and stay their rooms are spacious, clean and they have monthly rates . We just rented one it's now going to be my long term home.. ty for all you've done.

May not be the best place but they try and keep up with the place unlike how it used to be haven't really had problems with crackheads they been trying to get rid of them an it's mostly quiet besides every once in awhile but what do you expect
