I,
along
with
my
sister,
stayed
at
the
Marriott
Residence
Inn
in
Flint,
Michigan.
When
we
checked
in
at
the
front
desk,
we
were
given
the
room
131.
Walking
into
the
room
we
felt
that
the
air
conditioning
wasn’t
working
on
the
over
80
degrees
day.
My
sister
called
the
front
desk
and
we
were
given
another
room.
I
went
to
the
front
desk
to
exchange
room
keys,
the
young
lady
that
checked
us
in
said
the
thermostat
was
on
emergency
and
that
why
the
AC
wasn’t
working.
My
sister
and
I
went
to
the
new
room(226)
and
that
room
had
no
AC
and
the
thermostat
was
at
86.
I
went
back
to
the
front
desk
and
when
I
told
the
same
young
lady
the
problem,
she
said
I
didn’t
know
how
to
work
a
thermostat
and
that
“emergency”
was
between
the
on
and
off
switch
and
she
knew
the
AC
worked
in
that
room.
I
asked
for
maintenance
to
come
to
the
room
and
the
young
lady
said
they
couldn’t
come
until
the
next
day.
My
sister
went
back
to
the
desk
and
a
maintenance
man
was
there.
He
came
to
our
room
and
said
the
AC
didn’t
work.
THE
MAINTENANCE
MAN
CAME
BACK
TO
OUR
ROOM
WITH
KEYS
TO
A
ROOM
WITH
WORKING
AC!!!
Marriott

not
the
hotel
stay
