Can definitely recommend! It's a busy place ... Best to book I would imagine. Food was excellent, well presented and served. Big portions. Has its own car park which seems adequate for the premises. I will be visiting again. Tandoori mixed grill was my choice comes with a dish of sauce. Plenty of choice on the Menu.

Wow wow wow .... This place is amazing. Very nice atmosphere, staff really friendly, love the decor and the food is spot on. The portions are so big neither of us could finish them. Definitely worth a 5 star and can easily see how this place has so many good reviews πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Lovely service and lovely food. Was a nice meal at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone passing. Staff were lovely and friendly, I think everyone asked how the meal was which is nice and the food came out reasonably quickly and hot. I got a to go bag 😁

This place requires advanced bookings But I got lucky Clean , friendly staff Great atmosphere Started was great! Portion come in medium size for big eater, not spicy but can add on I have order chicken tandoori was salty, chicken tikka and South Indian garlic chicken...both are same red chicken . Use to go there but now makes me questionable. Sorry guys for my review I have to be honest when come's to food. Hope you guys do better off next time

Ignore the rating as all the 1 stars are somehow not at the front πŸ€”Chennai used to be a really good place to eat, but sadly it is getting worse each time we go. Every time you order a takeaway they suggest a time it will be ready but only start cooking it when you arrive! You'll be waiting around 50mins to an hour and a half. Why do they think this is acceptable! Don't take on more than you can manage. Service in the restaurant is steadily declining and now the food is no better than any other Indian food takeaway, with most dishes tasting the same and not very fresh all for twice the price of other restaurants. Sadly we will not be eating here again!

Over the past 30 years, the standard of Indian restaurants in the Greater Manchester area has really dropped. Even the "Curry Mile" doesn't really exist anymore, which tells you something. Having become disillusioned with my regular haunt I started to ask around, and a friend recommended this place. I've been 6 times in the 4 months since that recommendation. The restaurant is spacious and modern. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The food is top-class, with a menu unlike any other Indian restaurant I've dined in. For years I would go with just a bhuna, dopiaza, or biryani, so I've decided to just pick random things off the menu now, with the help of the staff. One young waiter has circled around 12 different dishes for me to try, and halfway through those recommendations I'm not disappointed yet. Highlights for me have to be the Chennai kebab from the starter options, and the Chennai Exotica from the mains, although the Malibu Chicken and Chennai Chum Chum come a very close second. The papadums come with a great chutney tray, and the rice, bread, and side dishes are all on point. You get a lot of food for your money. And on top of the fantastic dining experience, the prices are reasonable too. There aren't many places these days where you can dine for around Β£30 per head, including alcohol. I did consider giving a poor review, to keep people away, as it's been full every time I've been. Reservations are highly recommended.

Hidden gem in Glazebury, Warrington! Food & service absolutely second to none. A very warm welcoming place & atmosphere! Defo worth the visit. Will not be disappointed. Different level compared to your normal Indian!

This is the best Indian restaurant in the North West (imo). Great food, friendly team, a warm welcome and comfortable modern layout. Good selection of dishes in which you can taste the difference in the different curry types (unlike some restaurants I have visited). 20% saving if ordering a takeaway. They have just added an app to their website which makes ordering easier, especially at the weekend when it gets busy. You can also specify a time slot. You might even get a free bottle or 2 of cobra depending on the order value. Give it a try, the best for miles around.

Ordered takeaway for NYE. Food was outrageously tasty. All items were well cooked with great flavour. My partner was offered a complimentary beer on arrival, great touch for NYE. Pick up time was given on order and food was promptly avaliable on arrival. Good.portion sizes and great value for money with price reduced for pick up too. Be sure to order direct with Chennai. Will definitely be returning to try the in-house dining experience!

Quite small but very quaint. Tasty food for reasonable price, friendly staff. Small carpark so should probably get there early if you book.

Food was okay. The nann bread were nice. The curry we had was not very flavourful, the tikka lamb was very tuff. The onion baji were dry, like the were reheated. The decor is nice inside. There's an odd damp smell, musty. The was no heating, very cold. The staff are very friendly.

Great place and great food. Large portions if you're really hungry πŸ˜‹ Staff are helpful, friendly and professional. If you can't finish your meal you can just box it up and take it home for tomorrow πŸ™‚πŸ‘

First time here with our friends who recommended it. The food is beautifully cooked and presented. I had the mix tandoori starter which is a go to starter and it was the best I have ever had. Superb and I look forward to going again.

If you've never been here you should ask yourself why and check your sanity. The food is amazing, the service wonderful and it's such a lovely setting. You need to book but its really worth it, dare I say its one of the best Indian restaurants for miles. Highly recommended.

😠 I have never experienced anything like it in my life. My husband and I visited on Sunday with my mother in law. In all the garden centres and other similar establishments that we’ve visited have I not been able to order a toasted teacake! I was mostly confused by how different types of dishes had to...
