My 7 years old daughter had her piercing done by amazing Vicky in April. Vicky is really knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Made my daughter feel really special. I love this shop Their customer service is excellent. I took my wedding ring and late mum's eternity ring in to be repaired, both very sentimental to me. Leslie talked me through what needed to be done also the different options and she kept me informed of the progress with the repairs. I have to say when I collected my rings they took my breath away and I was very emotional to see them again in such pristine condition. The girls where lovely and gave hugs. Went into this jewellers looking for a pair of earrings for my sister. Helena couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the stock available. My 14 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Viccy yesterday. She was fabulous... warm, friendly, chatty... did her very best to put my daughter at ease (after a not so great ear piercing experience when she was 11!). My daughter even commented 'she was the nicest person I could've had' after we left the shop. I'm also impressed that they offer a check up appointment after 6 weeks. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely excellent, friendly customer service. I took my pendant chain with a broken clasp to Hallmark Jewellers in Heswall on Saturday 30th Sept 2023 expecting to leave it there to be repaired. However, they were able to replace the clasp the same day, and for a very reasonable price.

So very lucky to have Hallmark Jewellers close by (though I’d happily travel if they weren’t!!). In search of something special as a wedding day gift for my soon to be daughter in law I went in search of help and guidance. This, together with just the best customer service, was in abundance. I left with a carefully boxed and very pretty item of jewellery which I’m sure will be treasured by this special girl forever. My sincere and heartfelt thanks to all at Hallmark. I really was clueless and you made this such a lovely experience.

My Daughter and I were very happy with the Ear piercing service we received at Hallmark.Vicky explained to my daughter what she was going to do, put her at ease when she was nervous and gave us excellent advice on after care. We were very impressed with the willingness to help us out at very short notice when my daughrer had to take her earrings out for an x ray three weeks later and we had trouble putting them back in. I bought a ring in Hallmark just before Christmas. Unfortunately, when I got home, I decided the ring wasn’t what I wanted. I’d worn the ring for about 4 hours but just around the house. With Christmas & lockdown I’ve only just been back to the shop. The owner, Jan, very generously allowed me to exchange the ring for another item of jewellery less about £90 which was the cost of re plating the ring. I ended up with another ring which I absolutely love. I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff were & how kind they were to let me change my mind. Definitely A+ service.
