My PT Sabrina is very knowledgeable experienced and friendly! My condition is improving daily! Using their app, for my home exercises is working wonders. If you’re in need of therapy, it’s a great place to go?

The staff at this establishment are very attentive to my needs are very caring and really help improve your phase on getting you back on your feet . I'm actually leaving this review at the request of my Mom who doesn't have a gmail account but feels this facility was so amazing that she asked that I leave a review on her behalf. She was hit by a car and was treated by Paige and her team. They are kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. Had it not been for their skills she would not be where she is today in recovery. My family can't thank Paige enough for all she did for my Mom.

Professional physical therapy is really helping my husband. They are very knowledgeable, caring therapist. Working mostly with Paige and she is the best. He loves it there and really enjoys going cause he feels so much better.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. Sabrina has been wonderful explaining each exercise to me. I’ve done therapy at other places, but Professional Physical Therapy is very hands on and has addressed my needs.

I switched to this place because my previous physical therapist did nothing for me. I’ve been coming here for only a couple weeks so far and wish I started here in the first place. Sabrina is AMAZING at what she does. She’s super attentive and thorough, and I feel like she actually hears me and cares about my complaints. I've had PT from 4 providers and this one is the best. Large enough for machines and equipment yet small enough for personal attention and a quick session. Therapists are all knowledgeable and very competent. I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Franklin Square.

I just recently started PT and the staff and therapists are all friendly and amazing. My therapist Sabrina is very caring and listened to all my issues that I have been experiencing. She is very knowledgeable and addresses my needs to make me feel better and get moving. I have been to many PT places that really do not listen to their patients but that is not the case here. I am happy that I made the decision to come to Professional Physical Therapy.

I have chronic low back pain and Sabrina was so wonderful during our sessions. She took the time to really listen to me and really cared about helping me feel better. A great experience, I can’t recommend her enough!!

Dr. Mark is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He identified issues and prescribed the best physical therapy treatments for my needs and abilities. Great explanations of treatments and helped with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome my issues.

Professional is very clean and everyone is nice and it seems everyone knows what they are doing. Paige is amazing I could hardly walk I went to her a few times now I don’t walk with Walker walking with cane and I started driving again. I will recommend Professional to my family and friends.

I was in a car accident and had injuries to my lumbar spine. The only relief I received was when I began physical therapy at Professional Physical Therapy of Franklin Square, NY. The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted BY NAME and with a warm smile by Ashley. She instantly sets the tone and makes the patient feel welcome. Ashley knows to schedule your appointments ahead of time and is consistently on top of keeping the patient organized. She’s a wonderful addition to the team! I saw multiple physical therapists depending on the day I attended sessions. Each therapist, Paige, Sabrina and Mark, were all just amazing in their own way. They were each professional, concerned, kind, friendly, and great listeners. Each time I left an appointment I honestly looked forward to coming back for the next. I would never go anywhere else for physical therapy needs. I feel stronger now than I have in years. I want to personally thank each member of their team for helping me beyond words. I attended for 2 1/2 months after a hip replacement and they were excellent. My therapist’s name was Manu Chacko (Manny) and he was very professional and patient. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and brought me along properly by building on my exercises at just the right rate. Also he was just a very nice person and communicated very well. I would highly recommend Professional PT and their therapists. Lastly, I found scheduling easy and flexible.

So my Physical Therapist was Mark Minei. He has been my PT for a few years on and off…..first for the back, then the neck and then my shoulder. Mark was always professional, caring and always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He always explained everything to me in detail, always answered any questions I had, no matter how silly it may have seemed. Each time I went to PT, I always got a little better. When it felt like I would never be the same, he always reassured me that with time, I will be and he was right. I had moved to Massapequa during my time at Professional PT and I traveled in just to have Mark as my therapist. I would not have gone anywhere else. He is an amazing therapist and a great person. I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to be here. The entire staff is amazing as well. I would always keep coming back. A huge thank you to Mark and to Professional PT for a wonderful experience.

My dad just completed physical therapy with Paige Daley and she was so fantastic in her professional approach. She explained everything she was going to do with him and how each rotation would help him improve. Ashley at the front desk and all the staff were flexible, very kind and very professional. From the initial conversation over the phone with the office staff to set up your account to the therapist that they place you with has been nothing but an easy experience. Paige and the team have been amazing and very knowledgeable and they work hard on getting you on your way. The place is always clean and every time someone uses a machine, table or any equipment, it’s always wiped down with disinfectant. I highly recommend you try them out!

I recently had a partial removal of my meniscus and was referred to Professional PT. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Manny is a godsend! He is professional, friendly and experienced. I have referred him to my 89 year old mom and she just loved him! He has helped both of us heal. I referred my cousin as well and now my husband needs PT for plantar fasciitis for which he will be coming here too. You’re in good hands with Manny and his team!

Professional PT of Franklin Square surpasses any other PT facility that I’ve been to. I was there a year ago and recently went again. When I walk through the door, I always feel welcome. All of the Physical Therapists, Aides and front desk staff are understanding and pleasant. They all work together as a team. Manny was my therapist and I simply cannot say enough about him. He is caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Manny took his time to thoroughly answer all of my questions with patience and understanding. I cannot thank him enough for the care he gave me. Great place and great people! I volunteered/observed at Professional Physical Therapy, in preparation to applying to physical therapy school. Very welcoming place for someone who wants to learn. All the physical therapist are well rounded and have a lot of knowledge to share! I would defiantly recommend Professional Physical Therapy for any rehabilitation needs and/or learning experience!

I just finished an extended period of several months of PT with Manny in Franklin Square (pre and post meniscus repair surgery). I cannot express my thanks enough for the care and attention I received from Manny and all the staff during this journey. The physical therapists at this facility are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain the injury, explain the treatment, and patiently answer questions. There’s all kinds of treatment modalities and plenty of equipment for all the patients to use - I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed. Most importantly- the therapists never let you feel like you’re alone while doing therapy. These folks are truly engaged, encouraging and personable. I cannot recommend Professional Physical Therapy more highly - I’d give it 10 stars if I could! I feel great and ready to maintain all the progress I’ve made. Thanks so much Manny!
