😠 Pezzo di merda Worse ice cream I have ever eaten and super expensive. They are charging 13€ for 2 small portions of ice cream. The taste was horrible...

😠 The worst place ever, we didn't check opinions before we sit there. So I asked for tonic like bottle of tonic, instead I got weird drink in glass what didn't taste like tonic, on the bill they wrote gin tonic, what was not my order for 9 euro, just for sitting there 7 euro, what is ridiculous, staff...

😠 Not nice. The gelato waas not a good quality gelato compared to the Classic taste of a nice creamy gelato. It was a little tasteless and the cones, the waffle cones taste old and dry. The chocolate around the cone tastes lie plastic and cheap. The price for these was not cheap, 5 Euro for 1 small co...

😠 I travel all year for work but never seen anything as bad. To summarize: food is average or less, prices are incredibly high, they always try to get additional money by adding some items on the bill, they don't give a regular tax receipt. DON'T GO!

😠 DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! RIP OFF!!!! I see that other reviews are the same. Just wanted a beer displayed at €5 and a small ice-cream @ €3.80. Not cheap but expected. When the bill came it totalled €18.60 !!!! The excuse was that we "sat down" although Italian lads on the next table paid the displayed...

I ordered a small coffee and a croissant and when I went to pay the guy told me only cash (of which I had none on me), he then demanded I go next door and get cash out which I didn’t want to do for a €2 coffe...

😠 Absolutely ridiculous service. One of the waiters, sorry to say, but just smelled very bad. Very unpleasant when you’re having food. The second waiter was just lazy and didn’t at all enjoy the job. Very inpolite aswell. If you’re planning on going here i strongly recommend to go elsewhere.

👍 Fine place to eat something not that fancy nor complicated, such as pizza or pasta. The terrace overlooks the Cathedral so it is very nice to sit there and enjoy a meal delighting with the gorgeous sight. Prices are not that expensive

😠 Greetings was dodgy asked for 40 euro for shisha , when i walked away asked how much i was willing to pay we agreed on 25 euro ,, but no discount on anything else !! Shisha was average Go for firenze narghile in middle of florence 24 euro with small snack for free very friendly ,, ask for ricardo
