Awful place if you're a tourist. I visited the bar in the evening with my girlfriend to end our day in Florence. We sat down to the tables because we saw that no one was ordering next to the bar, so we waited around 20 minutes for a waiter to come, 2 of the waiters did notice us, but kept on ignoring and delivering drinks to other tables. So I approached the barmen who instructed me to wait for a waiter, we waited another 20 minutes, still no waiter, I went to the barmen again, but it was a different guy now, who saw me before, he looked a bit annoyed, but listened to my order. I asked:"Do I pay now?",but he instructed that you pay after you finish your drinks, just like any normal place, we even noticed that other tables payed only when they were leaving, but it was different for us, one of the waiters brought us drinks with the check while saying with a disgusted voice: "You need to pay now!". The whole trip we have never had any problems with waiters, so this place was quite a surprise. That's why I went out of my way to write this review, because it looked like a good place and judging from the reviews Italians get treated well, but I have no idea what happened to us.

Cute bar with great specialty cocktails and great apertivi

My husband is on a mission to make this a “get our steps in” vacation. After walking through Florence until my feet were bloody stumps, we stopped at this hip little bar for some rest and refreshment. It was the perfect place for a break. Hip tunes playing, great Aperol Spritz, and a great little snack tray with different meats and cheeses. It’s worth a visit if you are exhausted and injured or not. PS: Step challenges are over rated. 😀

I only ate a cheesecake here and it was the best one I’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly as well.

Place can be very busy during Saturday nights and summer days especially on the weekends. Best day to go in here is during Thursday and Friday nights. Their cocktails are really good! Also the place is aesthetically pleasing and well designed. They also have music and it's not very loud. Employees are also accommodating but they don't have a lot of tables since the place isn't big.

The drinks were fine but do not order food here. The best part of the aperitif were the fried springrolls. Rice was very very salty and did not seem fresh, but a bit like plane food to be honest. The prawns were only an empty shell in a doughy crust. Finally it came with chicken in stead of shrimps (like was written on the menu) without a word about that from the waiter. The first time in my life I actually send back the food, because it was just not fresh and not pleasurable at all to eat. Same for my sister who was with me. Would not recommend this place.

Since I was 18 years old I have been coming here for lunch/aperitivo/night out. I am now 29 and a mother, I still come here for aperitivo, lunch and sometimes serata. I've seen it change it's appearance, staff, clientele(nowadays young adults) throughout the years. Even the way they serve aperitivo after the pandemic. Yet they never changed it's prices. It's a fun place to go out in the very center of Florence and I am so happy that it is still here.

Very modern vibe from the look to the music, it was very enjoyable to have apertivo here. The staff was very friendly and attentive!

This is the only place that offers lunch passed 3pm. Spaghetti pomodoro was good. But a small bottle of apple juice costs 3 euros!!! It's really a cocktail bar than anything else. Very slow service too.

We came here in two different occasions: the first time was the best because we had a great service and table (outside), while the second time we got a really small table at the entrance (it was pretty cold in the evening) and we had to wait a long time before the waiters took our orders. We ate two “apericena”, which were just delicious! For 20€ we got a lot to eat and a 9€ drink was included.

Good breakfast with reasonable options including vegetarian options. Had it 2 days in a row. Really great and attentive service. A few friendly sparrows stopped by too 😉

Stayed in apartment above here. Breakfast was included at the bar. Morphs from busy with locals having breakfast, to lunches, apertivo, evening drinks and then at the weekend loud music till late. Good atmosphere, great service, clean and comfortable.

Excellent food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere, super chill. I had a shrimps and avocado salad for lunch, simply delicious! They also have free wi-fi here. Love this place!

Had a glass of wine for 7€ and there are bottles of 7€ that are better. Service was ok. Do not recommend having wine here.

Terrible experience here, my friend and I waited to be seen for ~5 mins after servers walked by repeatedly. When we finally got a table no server ever came to serve us for 30 minutes and we left. Would never come back here.

Great place for morning cappuccinos and mimosas in the rain. Very friendly service as well with some nice recommendations to eat a Florentine steak. Would recommend for sure!

Amazing staff and amazing drinks! Made Florence feel like home :) Very nice atmosphere and set up!

Discusting toilets as well as for men as for women. Both also have no seat. Price for 1 soda is not clear on table menu. But when you get your bill they charge you 5 euro's per cola or fanta etc. Service was on top of that very slow. And after 25 min they told is they didnt even have the frappucino one of us ordered. My advice. Don t go here. Awfull

I love this place! It has such good service and wonderful bartenders! Definitely one of the best bars I’ve been to in Europe!

Very friendly staff, refreshing drinks, delishious strawberry cheesecake...we just came for coffee but stayed longer taking some snacks and drinks because of the relaxed atmosphere.....and the snacks/drinks were of quality!

Very good rosé wine. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. I had the risotto with mushrooms as a starter, which was okay but not great. As a main course I had steak with mushroom sauce : thin peaces of steak, lots of fat and tendon... no seasoning whatsoever but a peppermill was given. On the plate was lettuce and 3 peaces of tomato. Stale bread. Prices were reasonably high. Service was friendly.

Worst purchase of 2018 so far. Big hookah... Little smoke. Don't buy the blueberry it's 20 euro more than the flavor you really want For zero reason other than the upsell opportunity. Ask them to adjust the non functioning hookah they prepared and they get annoyed. Beware of ciroc ads surrounding you at all times. Good music tho?

Mojito and Spritz were ok, the toscana aperitif too, but nothing special. didn’t taste the boxes. Service was very nice. A lot of young people below 20.
