Amazing spot, great service, and super cool concept. Like a designer spot for cocktails, where they take pride in what they prepare and serve. Ambience was top as well as music. We sat next to the bar, so we were chatting with the bartender, and he was super kind to design cocktails depending on what we felt like drinking. If you like your cocktails and the experience of picking a nice one, this is a top spot to visit while in Florence.

Really great cocktails. The bar tenders were very knowledgeable and understood what we were after, serving us really nice cocktails. The vibe was great, decor nice and unique, people friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are in the mood for some fancy cocktails.

Beautiful cocktail bar with a very unique concept. They only use Italian spirits. The cocktails were great and the service even better. We got many tips for other cocktail bars and restaurants from our waiter.

The “Dylan Doc” is one of the best drinks i’ve ever tasted. The snacks fit perfectly to the drinks. Francesco, his team, the atmosphere AND the drinks are definitely worth an hour or three 🤓

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint! The service is incredible. The bartender asked me what I like normally and made a drink special. Prices are higher for Florence but it was worth it! I’ll definitely be back!

3 time in Florence, 3 time at the Manifattura, I cannot go to Florence and miss the appointment with this fantastic place that rewards the excellent inventiveness of the barmen and of the Italian product such as vermouth, bitters and elixir. For lovers of good drinking and a return to the past. The bartenders are always available and very very prepared. Prices are on average. Just 5 minutes from the train station. When next time ???

Solid speakeasy bar in Florence. Fantastic service and solid cocktails. Drop by post dinner for some authentic mixology experience that is quite Italian in nature - its not all about vino in Toscana! ;)

What a nice bar! Loved the cocktails they served. Couldn’t make much sense from the Italian menu so asked for recommendation and it was good. Glad we stopped here. Very unique drinks.

All italian selection of liquor, you could go there and taste the hardest to find liquors. The cocktails were amazing, complex and simple at the same time. dangerously easy to drink. last but not least, the service was out of this world, Thank you !

If you like cocktails, you must visit this bar. The drink components are all from Italy, and each cocktail has an Italian media theme. The service was excellent; friendly, attentive and helpful, and the drinks themselves were delicious and interesting.

We got recommended this place by a bartender in Venice, and so glad we did. If you’re looking to take a cocktail break from wine, make sure you stop here. They use exclusively Italian spirits, which was great to try something new and out of our comfort zone. The cocktails were fantastic and the bartenders were top notch!

Best cocktails place in Florence hands down. All the bartenders are artists. The evening manager was very courteous and kind. They take great care of you.

Great place. Even tho I am a pretty demanding Negroni drinker, the barman without the beard totally met my expectations and even managed to impress whit his own selection. Excellent place, 5 stars.

Amazing concept, cocktails, and service. 10/10 recommend for a unique cocktail experience in Florence. My husband and I each ordered 2 cocktails. They also bring out apertivo olives and crackers. Great ambiance and we loved that they featured famous Italian artists with each drink to mirror the concept of only using Italian made liquors in their drinks.

Stopped by before dinner. Such a fun place. Great Italian music, drinks and treats. The olives are very tasty. BF got the smoky Negroni and loved it. I said make me something that’s kinda sweet and refreshing. They delivered! Update…BF got the Negroni Blanca and I actually liked it too!!

We had a great time at Manifattura. All the drinks were delicious, some flavors were unexpected. It’s always good to be surprised and we appreciated the fact that they use all Italian spirits. Great ambiance as well. Would go back again!

We were very pleased with this place! Located near all the city restaurants, small, intimate, and cozy, with great and relax staff! The cocktail was so delicious! We will come back!

Excellent cocktail bar. Very innovative but still with a classic touch. Great service and a nice ambience. The focus is on Italian ingredients and they do a really fine job with that. Highly recommended if you like real cocktails - not colorful margaritas or aperol in a cup.

Beautiful cocktail bar with really friendly staff, tasty snacks, and delicious cocktails! We stopped in before dinner and each tried a unique cocktail. Highly recommend asking for recommendations and trusting whatever they tell you to get! We would definitely go back again.

Very interesting cocktail focused bar serving Italian only local liquors. Very interesting drinks. Service was a bit difficult at times but we got seating for a large party quickly.

Four of us stopped in for a quick drink before dinner at Il Latini around the corner. The menu is very creative and seems to be entirely based on riffs of classic drinks. The menu is in Italian, so don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations/explanations. The bartender was very patient (not the norm) and provided helpful descriptions. We received 2 small plates of house olives and taralli that were delicious. The drinks themselves were prepared quickly and were some of the best cocktails we had in Florence, especially if you want a change of pace from spritz and Negronis. A note about the menu: all of the spirits are made in Italy, which means that a classic drink, like a sazerac, will be prepared with entirely Italian spirits. This means everything will have a bit of an Italian flavor profile, with prolific use of digestifs and aperitifs to make up characteristics found in spirits that can’t be made in Italy (tequila, mezcal, some whiskies). This could be a feature or a bug depending on your perspective. Overall, our table enjoyed the drinks, but they were fairly significant departures from the base cocktail at times.

Great drinks only using Italian spirits! Well priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The Sazerac was tasty and slighter more forward, but a great nightcap in Bologna!

Not the typical cocktail bar you would expect. They only do local ingredients and cocktails. It’s worth trying a different experience. I love it 🥰

Very unique cocktail bar in Florence. This is not a tradition Tuscan bar by any means, but they do have a list of several Negronis that were non traditional- try the truffle negroni if you want to be a little adventurous, I’ve not quite had anything like this before.
