Attended restaurant: August 13th, 2022. First of all food and drinks were great, but we can’t help but feel cheated out of money for reserving a table. When you reserve a table online (even just for two people), you pay 35€ per person. You’ll be charged that amount if you don’t show up. However, if you do show up, you are still charged the 35€. Sure, you get a drink for “free,” but most drinks are ~20€ So that’s a 15€ deficit. So my friend and I paid a total 30€ extra for our already overpriced drinks (although they were good). 30€ is not something to scoff at. The staff didn’t even know of my reservations’ existence when I arrived. I was the one who told them for fear I would be charged the 70€ For nothing in return. There were so many walk-in couples who didn’t have to pay that ridiculous fee. I feel like you shouldn’t punish people for reserving a spot ahead of time and for giving staff a chance to prepare (not that they were). The food on the menu wasn’t even avalible because they switch to a snack menu at a specific time and don’t tell you until you’re boarding the elevator.

Service was top-notch! We happened to be the first customers that day (around 12 pm), they opened a fresh bottle of wine for us even though we didn’t buy the whole bottle, the server carried our drinks and snacks (you get complimentary olives, chips or nuts) until we found the spot we liked. Prices are higher than you’d normally pay but this is one of the best rooftops in Florence..... and did I say it’s a roof top with the views 👍😀: the ambiance is lovely and views are incredible! The drink menu was short but I believe they have other options available. Definitely recommend for a relaxing atmosphere and VIEWS!

Great rooftop with lovely views of the Ponte Vecchio. We arrived at 5pm when it opens so would advise arriving promptly to secure a table. Great bar snacks too!

You’re paying for the view here which we understood going in but I expected the cocktails to be a bit better. Drinks average about €20. The view is great and there was lots of shade, staff was attentive and they also provide nice bar snacks. Our bill was €102 for 4 drinks and the reservation fee (2 people).

The view from here is ok, but you need to stand up and lean over the planters to get a photo. The decor and vibe is good though. I found the wait staff to be slow, and at one point they delivered our drinks to another couple. Got to get the simple things right. Lastly, the elevator to take you up to the 6th is tiny and can barely take four people at a time. Not ideal for busy periods.

Had a wonderful afternoon at La Terrazza, overlooking the Arno River! The setting and vibe are relaxing while the cocktails are delightful! The bartender Marika is a great mixologist and picked out great follow-up drinks for me based on my initial taste! The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating and the manager, Nicola, was very helpful in all things culinary and Firenze!!! I highly recommend the Hugo Spritz#2 and the Pink Flower to start you afternoon!!!

Disappointing! We went there with a reservation at 22:00. at 23:00 we‘re asked to leave, because the bar closes. They bar charged 35€ per person before for „non-appearance-reasons“… that was totally ok… but when the bill came, they charged these 35€ for the one cocktail we had per person… water and coffee were charged separately!?! The quality for service and for the drinks ist not adequate for a bill like this! I would never ever go there again or recommend it to friends!

Not worth your time or money. It’s a decent view, but after the reservation shakedown you’ll spend 15 bucks per person on cover. If you really want to go, try and walk in and not pay the reservation fee. Still a 20 euro cocktail when you get in.

The bar in Florence for views, cocktails and increasingly Instagram people... If you're a hotel resident ask them to book a table before you arrive in Florence via email or call. It avoids the booking fee. If you're not a resident, booking is 35€ each which includes your first drink and can be done online. You must book between 7 to 9pm. Don't bother heading up otherwise, it's busy! Staff are great, friendly, efficient, serving you promptly. Not somewhere to linger if you're not drinking though, the queue to take your seat is long... Cocktails are refreshing, light and generous. Expensive for Florence, think more London or New York prices, but the views, exclusivity and size justify the prices.

I would not return. The music is overwhelming and load. The small bar is overcrowded. The view was nice but you don’t get to experience it because all the seats are covering it. The service was OK as were the drinks but they are very overpriced. The bar also charged us a €30 no-show fee which was non-refundable even though we turned up on time, which was highly unexpected. Meaning we paid €70 for 1 negroni and 1 Aperol spritz which felt like a giant rip off.

Small rooftop bar with great drinks! It's a 35 Euros per person to make a reservation which includes your first drink, any drinks after will be included in your bill. A little pricey but if you're in it for the vibe, this is your place.

I visited this place in the summer of 2022. They had amazing panoramic views of Florence, overlooking the river Arno and Ponte Vecchio. They even had back-views of the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore. The vibes were relaxed, and the servers were friendly, though the drinks were at the expensive end. I recommend getting a reservation beforehand as they tend to get busy, especially during the touristic seasons.

Do not recommend. Overpriced and only one table that has a good view. Views are obstructed by glass and buildings. Not a good place for sunset. Booking charge doesn’t make sense. Most expensive cocktail in Europe. Plus atmosphere was like an episode of white lotus, frosty and cold. People pretending they are enjoying it.

This place had a great view and good drinks. The rooftop area itself was also quite small but they've tried to fit as many seats as they can in so table space is tight. Note that if you've reserved a table in advance, your first drink will cost 35€ irrespective of how much the actual drinks actually cost. Not sure about the logic here, I've been to places that have a minimum charge which I get. Seems like a way to charge some sort of booking fee, which now knowing about it is a bit of a deterent.

Their take on the Hugo a must try, very refreshing in the summer. Decent views of the city and not too crowded, we didn’t have to wait and had no reservation. If you sit at the bar and have Chris (British fellow) as a bartender, you’re in for a treat!

Wonderful bar with great service, delicious snacks, and some salty nibbles. We came for an early after noon drink and enjoyed the mesmerizing view while the barkeeper fulfilled all our wishes within seconds. Drinks are nice and cold, snacks are served for free. Naturally, drink prices are above average but worth every cent. Would definitely recommend to go there, hidden gem!!!

Great vibes at this rooftop bar with good music! Not a lot of seating so book a reservation in advance. Gin Basil Smash Cocktails were delicious we also got the “mini cheeseburgers” as a snack and those were phenomenal. We need them in USA! Great view of Ponte Vecchio. I’d recommend it for a cocktail and light bite!

It’s a very cosy place with beautiful view over town. You need a booking in advance of you want to be sure you have a seat.

Super cute rooftop bar! Amazing views of the city and river. The drinks are great, a bit pricey but you pay for the views, rooftop experience, and excellent service. Absolute must on a nice day!

Tourist trap! Cocktails are okay and overpriced! Do not make a reservation there is 35 euro booking fee. The view is not worth it and service was awful. So many other cocktail bar options worth your time and money.

Very disappointing. It was EUR20 for an Aperol spritz. Gin and tonic? EUR13 for the gin, plus EUR6 for the tonic. The aperitivo offered was cheap and from a box: nuts, crackers and crips. Other places at least have some fresh food like olives etc! The view is nice but you cannot see much as the wall is high and dying plants cover most of it. Go to the Hotel Baglioni's rooftop instead. It is amazing!

The best evening, so picturesque, great service and beautiful cocktails. Bar is surrounded by daisies and overlooks the river, rooftop of the Duomo and surrounding Tuscan hills, so beautiful in the afternoon light. Thank you Marika for honestly the best cocktail!

The roof was amazing, great views, very relaxed loungey atmosphere and delicious drinks. But by far the best feature was the service, our waitress - the lovely Nina - made us feel right at home. Quick service and eye for detail. Visited the place in the early evening, left by closing.

View is nice! Drink start from 13 euro, Aperole spirits is 20 euro. Expensive but understandable for this view.

Amazing place and the views of ponte Vecchio from here are breathtaking, I guest my only add value comment here is please reserve in place in advance, if you don't have reservation don't even try to enter, is always fully booked and in our stay we saw at least 50 people trying to enter without reservation without making it.
