This is an Irish pub located near the Ufizzi museum. We were looking for a place to stop and have a beer after spending a couple of hours touring the museum. They have a good beer selection, about 6-8 on draft, and are generally Irish/English ales. They do have free Wifi as well as a downstairs room that is significantly larger than the upstairs. I am giving this a four out of five because there's no service downstairs, which means if you're watching a soccer match you have to go upstairs every time you want a refill and they only have one TV downstairs, which is only viewable by half of the room, the other half of the downstairs is located behind where the TV is. So it gets incredibly crowded when a game is on.

Being from Ireland we had to stop in to the Michael Collins Irish Pub. It was not what you would normally call an Irish pub, however it was a good bar and they served good Italian food. They have the look, it is decked out in what you would find in a pub but the pint selection lacks most Irish brands and they don't have sports on telly, no taytos, no ham and cheese toasties, and no Irish music. Also, no actual Irish here, but overall a good bar with good food and a lovely staff. I must admit though, I did actually enjoy watching the bartenders get slightly uncomfortable when I explained the history of Michael Collins, of which they were oblivious to, explaining to them them I thought it was a bold move naming the place after the man who founded the Irish Republic Army and led a bombing campaign against the British. Good times.

I really hate leaving a negative review, but the place deserves it, two days in a row we went, thinking the second day would be better, but no, staff don't give a darn about customers, more interested in social media, they cells phones and not caring about their job. It was 4 in the afternoon and we were the only customers. There are better pubs in Florence, the Fiddlers Elbow was grand, if you're interested.

Great bar to have a beer or whiskey with friends. There's a foosball table downstairs and karaoke some nights which adds a bit of fun. Service was great and prices are average.

Great staff thats makes you feel welcome. Lot of good beer. A good place to sit down. Relax with a pint of Guinness. Watch some fotball and enjoy. They have typical pub food.nothing to brag about. A Nice irish pub located in ufizzi museum area. Good place for a better break.

They have a sitting area at the front of the bar and there is a bar in the ground floor/entrance area. It is a tiny place for a crowded night. The place also has an underground area which is slightly bigger. We went to a karaoke night but as the place is in underground there wasn't any service and even the wifi connection to the karaoke screen was poor. I wouldn't recommend for the people who has claustrophobia😬

Great Irish Pub with seating inside and outside. Reasonable beer prices, especially in the heart of a tourist attraction. Make an effort to also check out their underground bar - VERY COOL! This is our third time in this bar - we came back because of the atmosphere and the staff.

Karaoke was main draw and I had a blast. As of Sept-2023, karaoke schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Wednesday nights at 10:30PM to close. Was able to sing many times with several Italian songs sang by locals, which was so fun.

Great service, great location but do not order burger, meat tasted like rubber. Pizza it’s ok.

This is an Irish bar as much as I'm from outer space, maybe because they sell Magners. Menu is very limited 4 dishes per section 🤷

We enjoyed a few drinks here when in Florence on separate occasions. Nice seating outside in the square and also a nice cavern style bar inside. We struggled to get any form of phone signal inside but son't let that stop you.

Great Guinness, proper old fashion building, friendly staff

I know we're in Florence but it's a nice Irish Pub. Sheltered here in the rain with a pint of Guinness and were rewarded with shots of limoncello (that were very above average).

Only had the dessert here. The nutella mug was clearly cooked in a microwave. Definitely not worth the money. Friendly staff though.
