Fantastic little spot for coffee although it seems they sell more things too. I am not sure if Anna helped us, but if so, she was so nice! The coffee was great and when we asked for advice on a matter she went above and beyond to help.

Very charming and authentic little place. Owners are lovely. Unlike lots of other places you actually have place to sit inside. We liked it so much we actually wanted to come back the other day but unfortunately owners went for vacation :)

Stumbled upon this beautiful establishment on a walk this morning and couldn't have been happier. Friendly and kind service, delicious food (we had panini caprese and with prosciutto) and a relaxing sit down environment that was hidden in the back of the caffetteria. Thank you!!

The spicy salami sandwich that the owners made me at Snack Anna was a religious experience. It was the best sandwich of my life. The owners are also so kind and warm, and it was a pleasure to talk to them. If you are looking for a sandwich to take with you on a stroll or a day trip, this is the perfect option. Next time I am in Florence, it will be one of the first places I return to.

Stefano & Anna are the sweetest owners and will always be happy to talk about Florence or anything else going on! One of my favorite home bases while I lived in Italy. Especially loved the coffee (ask Stefano for what he recommends!) and bagels :)

The perfect spot for an espresso by Stefano and his beautiful wife. I was brought by a local regular who introduced me to the wonderful couple and I came back multiple times a day during my brief stay in Florence. If you're looking for a great bagel, ask them about he everything bagel with lox!

Favorite small bar! You have to get coffee here while in Florence - it's always fantastic! Get a bagel and say "hi" to Stefano and Anna while you're here. Friendliest Italians I ever met!

Walking distance from my hostel, the people here were friendly. I got a bagel with cream cheese, avocado and salmon along with capuchino. The bagel was pretty tasty and filling (for breakfast standards) and was barely a hole in my pocket. Also they dont charge for sitting inside and eating!

Snack Bar Anna is still one of the best places in Florence for a tasty lunch. Wonderful bagels, free seating out the back and a warm welcome from Stefano and Anna, I love this place!
