This place is a hidden gem guys! You really need to come here to dine! The service is super kind and helpful, willing to explain everything in English. They offer the option to take you drink with food, from an all-you-can-eat buffet. Everything is delocioso!! Give it a chance!!

Fantastic place to get some drinks and food from the buffet. The beautiful thing is: you order your drink (so far so good), but then you can go to the buffet and eat food! Drinks are really good, with a very large selection of cocktails. Food was definitely okay. Loved the music and the overall aesthetics of this place. All in all perfect if you prefer a high quality drink over a high quality dinner, but don't want to stay hungry. A definitive recommendation.

This is the place for a quantity/price aperitivo and apericena. 15 euro for all you can eat, the food is even freshly cooked and actually delicious too (from finger food to risotto and pasta quattro formaggi to grilled aubergine). There are plenty of cocktails to choose from, too. Quality is average, but the price is unbeatable for Florence.

Arrived Florence on Wednesday night and wanted to go to a jazz bar but it wasn’t open. Accidentally found this place and came in for a drink. It’s good overall.

Love the aperativo. Only problem is, server didn't know what was veg and what not on the display. She said pasta was veg, when I ate it, I discovered it was tuna pasta!!! Didn't even get a sorry for it. Apart from this carelessness, it's a good place with good (loud) music and varied food.

Don't get confused by the first impression! While it might look old from the outside and as a bar from the inside, Kitsch offers more than you can see from the first glance. Restaurant offers "All you can eat" for dirt cheap (14€) compared to any other restaurant I found in Firenze. The "catch" is that you have to order any drink. This is typically called in Italy as "Aperitivo". It will be explained by the waitress upon entry, don't worry. Without the food the drink starts from 8€. If you want to have the food with it, it's always 14€ no matter what drink you choose. The waitress was SUPER kind. As a tourist I was confused how exactly it works but the waitress explained everything super clearly and fast. Turns out they don't have drink menu on paper but you have to download their application from Google Play/App Store called "Kitsch Firenze". While the app doesn't really look nice it does the job. After choosing you tell the waitress what you want. After getting your drink you are now allowed to get your plate (unfortunately paper plate. If the plate get's too wet you can ask for new one for 0,50€.) Kitsch offers wide variety of food to grab. From spaghetti to chicken nuggets. Food is being served to your plate by kind waitress so you can't grab everything at once haha. After you eat all, you are allowed to replenish it again. Don't worry if you think that they'll run out of xyz. Food is being constantly replenished and sometimes they even add different types. I can't recommend anything because I tried to taste everything and all I can say that everything was good! You won't be disappointed. The best thing is that the food is being served also at night which almost no other restaurant does other than some fast food chains. At 8 pm, Kitsch was only half full. The only drawback is their toilets. There is only 1 toilet for men and women. The sink is made out of some old rusty machinery. Unfortunately it is really rust so don't try to lean on it otherwise you'll be more dirty than before. The weird/funny thing is that the faucet valve is mounted on mirror, never seen that before haha. 10/10 will visit again.

One of my favourite places in Florence u get an Italian open buffet with a drink with so good price , high quality, nice atmosphere, kind stuff such as Monica and fabian , so good cocktails. Highly recommended 👌

I've come here both as a client and as a photographer and both times I had a blast. Once you get accustomed to the bombastic style of it's interiors and settle in, you begin to enjoy it's bustling vibe, delicious signature cocktails, and extravagant buffet of Italian goodies. Great experience

Nice bar with cocktails and buffet. The cocktail was good, but not very strong - not sure if it's the Italian way of drinking :P The buffet is with a good variety and everything tastes well. People are very sweet too :)

Good value for quick drink and food. The place is a bit odd, not very stylish or cosy. One of the girls serving the buffet didn't speak/understand any italian or english. The music video channel showed bikini clad girls for the hour we were there which had no relevance to anything. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend it.

A cosy place with friendly staff. We drank a delicious wine here (le veglie Di Neri) and afterwards we enjoyed the buffet. It's all you can eat and the broad food options are spiced nicely. On top, the pricing for the food is good!

Great affordable aperitivo! The buffet was out of this world, especially the Indian style pork. Amazing range of cocktails too, and they don't skimp out on the alcohol!

Cool concept- You pay the drink and you can eat all you want from the buffet. It is not the best food but you get what you pay, so fair enough. The place itself is cool as well.

More for Italians and vivid place. We did not take an order because it was confusing to speak with the waiters and they never appeared to take the order, so we left. If you are "cool", young and Italian it might be a much better experience.

Such a lovely staff, but awful management when it was fully packed you had 1 bartender and 1 waitress. We were so impressed by reading about this place on the internet but fully disappointed when visited it. After waiting 40 minutes we decided to leave because no one came to take our order. I would like to put one star for this place, but one more for bartender for his politeness.

The Barkeeper is a well experienced one with nice own creations. Don’t make the mistake to sit outside - I learned the bar used to be a church and the ceiling together with the bar atmosphere inside is amazing!

This hole in a wall apericena place serves fantastic cocktails and a wide spread of buffet for dinner. The food is really delicious and cocktails made by Nina is very good. I highly recommend this place and would love to revisit again before I leave to Milan in 2 days time.
