If you love dining with a ✨view✨, this is your spot. We booked a table well in advance as we came to celebrate a special occasion. From the moment we walked in, our host, Andrea, made the evening perfect. Beautiful view at our cornered first-row table, with enough privacy to enjoy our special time. The attention to detail throughout the night from Andrea topped off the already amazing experience. Our waitress, Nina, was absolutely lovely and gave us a great service experience. We expected the food to be really nice to match the overall setting and it truly did not disappoint. The dessert was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. We’re huge on drinks and appreciated the bartender bringing us recommendations and excellent drinks. All in all - the menu (Florentine steak menu) was delicious, the service and staff were amazing and we can’t wait to come back here. Such a great place for a special night, which the staff will ensure for you 🌟 thank you again!

Stopped in here for drinks on the rooftop bar and the cocktails, atmosphere, view, etc. are amazing. Cocktails will run you €15-18 each so not the cheapest, but they're delicious and you get a snack sampler tray with drink purchase. Views can't be beat on this rooftop - you can see the Duomo from your table. Definitely recommend for a nice pre- dinner cocktail. I had the Minosse, which has bourbon, chocolate, mint, peach, and vermouth - amazing!

Our lunch at B-Roof, within Grand Hotel Baglioni, was one of our dining highlights while in Florence. The setting is amazing, with a tremendous outdoor space with beautiful views. Food and beverage offerings were creative and exceptional, while the service we received was equally outstanding!

Made reservations for the rooftop bar for their incredible views and and beautiful decor. It was truly designed like a paradise but this, like a moth to a bug zapper - was a trap. The service was horrendous. The rooftop was less than half full, with only 3 staff waiting tables. They were working like dogs in the heat of the Roman summer. It took over 45 minutes to finally get our first drinks and they were half wrong and tasted absolutely terrible. Whether the bartender knew what he was doing, or was so behind he just stopped caring. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the fact that management cannot properly staff their bars and restaurants is a terrible shame. I hope that this is just the outcome of the pandemic and the quality improves, however I would not recommend any tourist to stop here. Spend your money at smaller establishments that care for quality service.

We went there for lunch in May 2023 and this is still one of my favorite meals from our day on Florence. The view was incredible, the food was delicious, and the staff were so kind. Thank you for an impeccable experience!

One of our less impressive Dining experiences during our Italy Tour. While we were part of a large group and should have had access to a regular Menu... we were restricted to small-sized Entrées of either overdone Roast Pork, underdone Filet Mignon or uninspired Grilled Calamari; with no offerings of ANYTHING of a Vegetarian nature for my Wife. Even the Table Bread had Prosciutto in it! The Chianti & White Wines were acceptable, the Waitstaff was rushed & overworked, the Restaurant area was overcrowded & very noisy and the overall experience was less than expected for the price we paid for our Holiday Trip. At least they did a decent job celebrating our Tour Friends Anniversary.

Ambience was a a 10/10. The host was incredibly rude. He became annoyed when we asked about the menu. And later in the evening when we asked him to take a photo of the view, he was incredibly inconvenienced. See the photos he took up us. I didn’t get a chance to turn around in my chair. When we got the bill and wanted to pay with card, he said that we should have let him know before hand (which is different than everywhere else in Europe) and made us change our credit cards to split the bill (he didn’t want to go get the amex machine)

What a view! Definitely the most stunning roof top in Florence. I can totally recommend the tasting menu! Good portions and great range of flavours

Huge terrace with undeniably beautiful views, but it’s the little details that keep it from rising to 5 stars. Everything is old, but seems clean and well-maintained. There’s a great potential here... but they desperately need a mixologist - my drink wasn’t spectacular and before I was halfway through it was warm, and a better sound system because the volume of the music kept going from low to high to scratchy and we heard the same song three times in the hour we were there. The aperitivo was a delightful and unique selection, and even though everything tasted good, I worried for its freshness - for no reason really, just a hunch. There were surprisingly few people there. The waiters were all very nice and also bilingual. I would definitely go back, maybe with a big group...

Perfect service, excellent food, beautiful view. Very nice experience! In the outdoor seats, we can see Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore clearly.

Excellent restaurant with great atmosphere, food quality, and service. If should come as no surprise that prices are on the high end for Florence. If you want wine you have to buy it by the bottle

Do not miss this magical rooftop location for a drink, a meal, a view of Florence like no other. Book in advance for dinner (go online before 7PM their time...) Drop in before for a rooftop drink. HINT: walk around and get a jaw-dropping view of the Duomo, et cetera! You have to take your photo ops here! Also, HINT 2: get there at dusk, just before sunset. If the twinkly lights don't charm you, the sunset WILL. OMG. Unbelievable.

We had a nice aperitivo at B-roof. The food was not bad at all but perhaps a little out of place with the overall standard of the hotel. The roof top itself is big and beautiful with a few touches that could do with a revamp. The view is stunning from every corners. The theme of the drinks were absinthe based on the evening we went, that also could do with a bit more work. Overall, good value and a good experience.

A wonderful panoramic view, lovely staff. Drinks are okay, but average. Cosmopolitan was comparatively small and badly mixed. However, nice place to have a top view of Florence😍

Delicious food and spectacular views. I’m so glad we had our final dinner in Florence here. Would highly recommend the tasting menu. AIC certified, with many gluten free options, so very celiac friendly.

We had such a fantastic experience at the B Roof bar. Marco and Antonio were fantastic hosts who made our experience an unforgettable one. I’ll definitely be returning to B Roof bar on my next stay in Florence. I would recommend this place to everyone for an aperitivo with a fantastic view of the city.

Claudio(a?) was our amazing server assisted by a team of very well attended staff. Personable, welcoming, and offering new insights in questions about Tuscan cuisine. The tasting menu is an amazing deal for high caliber cuisine and the included Chianti is the perfect balance to the various rich flavors. An amazing experience that I would book for an early dinner to be sat in the astonishing views, and finish with a limoncello on the terrace.

We Just popped up to the rooftop bar on our way back to our hotel, it was a very beautiful area and we were made to feel very welcome. Great drinks selection, not expensive if you don't want it to be and great snacks (which is always provided in Italy). The views are as stunning and a very different feel from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Spectacular

Absolutely spectacular! our family ate a lovely lunch, overlooking the Duomo, and Giovani was a fabulous host, showing us the terrace afterward. We came back for drinks the next day (you need a reservation for both lunch, and drinks), and perfecto! here are the pictures so that you can see how amazing this was! Grazie Giovani and B Roof!

Great roof bar for the views and the drinks. The waitress was really nice and helpful. Had the pizza and bubbles offer which disappointed as the pizza base was more like a hard focaccia.

Solid but not as amazing as other places. I had the ravioli and the strawberry soup for dessert. The view is lovely (if you get a good table), but for the price, there is definitely better food in Florence.

The view- AMAZING. The service was slow. Maybe because it’s august in Italy but we really did not get attention that we needed. Thankfully the food was good. They accommodated us by giving the florentine steak even though they said it was only on Thursday’s. (The website doesn’t say that, why I asked if they had it) The only issue is they could have cooked it two more minutes to make it less rare but it was good otherwise. We enjoyed the other food as well.
