🫤 The aperitivo buffet is awesome. Probably one the widest and richest you’ll find in town. However it is outrageous to see they still use plastic plates and cutlery. I just couldn’t believe the amount of waste. Come on Kitsch management, it is almost 2020 and it’s time to get rid of all the plastic i... People often mention table,

I just couldn’t believe the amount of waste. Come on Kitsch management, it is almost 2020 and it’s time to get rid of all the plastic in your business. I believe you can find a cost effective alternative.

Booked a table to ensure we could get in for aperitivo (€12 per head) ended up cramped in a corner with no space between us and the table next to us. Useless for getting the food as couldn't leave the table unless the other table had moved to get food themselves. The food choices were pretty good and fresh food was being brought out constantly, however VERY VERY slow drinks service with us having to wait half an hour for our first round. Our understanding was that we had the table until 9pm but as soon as we had stopped going up for food (we were considering getting 2nd drinks) we were asked to leave to make space for more customers. Lastly, upon trying to pay for the bill they would only accept "bancomat" i.e. just Italian bank cards (no other EUR countries)

You have to reserve a table, so be sure to! The first drink is 10€ but all the rest after are 5€, plus they have a huge spread of foods to eat, so you can easily eat enough to satisfy for free. We really enjoyed our time there with the yummy cocktails and food!

Kitsch has a fun atmosphere and a good apericena. For 5€ more than your drink, you can access the buffet and eat whatever you want. Most people prefer Kitsch 2 (close to Piazza San Marco) but I think the food is much better at Kitsch (Beccaria).

Booked a table for 9 pm but seated us earlier, buy a drink and get buffet food. Amazing food and drink and they never ran out - still adding food after 10! Would highly recommend

Honestly hands down the most generous Apertivo available in Florence. All you can eat Buffet with a drink, how can you beat that. It didn’t start happening until about 7, but when it did it filled up quick so I was happy I got there early. There are a lot of items to choose from. Like pasta, couscous, roast veggies and pizza, and more in between, there’s something for everyone. I kind have been in a hunger coma and missed the sign but I definitely didn’t see it, so look for the 22 near the door to know you’ve arrived.

The service is much to improve, we were accompanied to a table, but only after 20 mins, when we saw nobody will serve us, my bf went to a bartender asking for drinks. However, the food is of a nice quality and very vast choice of first and second dishes. We paid 26€ in two for open buffet and 2 aperol spritz.

Excellent selection for aperitivo! Wow so much food! All hot and high quality. Recommend going earlier because gets loud and party like after 9pm. But hey to each his own!

We went as a group of 7 in the early evening. We had drinks and are the buffet. It was amazing! Fresh tasty food that kept on changing as the evening went on. We had 4 children with us who tried different dishes than they normally would. Fabulous!!

😐 Not gonna lie, this is probably the most underwhelming Eataly location I've ever visited. Eataly locations are usually grandiose with impeccable service, but this one felt like a little corner store in Disneyland.
