A hidden pearl just a big throw from Ponte Vecchio. The serve local food a great value with strong focus on the wines from small vineyards. A definite must if you’re in Florence and love wine🍷

We came here because I read a bunch of positive things about it online and saw it suggested for tasting wine. So we each did a flight of wine, which was 3 half glasses of wine for 15€. This was steep considering that the wine glasses were 5€ each. We didn't have great service, but we overheard a couple next to us getting a wine class and the guy helping them seemed excellent. The wines we had we asked our server to pick for us, and she gave us a good variety and explained them when she served them. But yeah, this experience was not worth 15€ a person. Maybe if we just got a glass or 2 of wine and asked for suggestions I'd feel better. It is off the beaten path a little bit, so that made it less crazy inside during a busy time, so I did appreciate that.

Really special, off-the-beaten-path wine bar with charcuterie and cheese. They have an extensive wine list sourced directly from small wineries, all at very reasonable prices both by the bottle and by the glass. The servers are experts without being pretentious - let them pick something for you. Go for lunch or an evening snack.

We arrived at the beautiful city of Florence and the first thing we looked for was: wine and food. We ended up at Le Volpi e l'Uva and we couldn't choose better. A selection of splendid wines were carefully picked by Ciro (the owner) and it was hard not to fall for the yummy appetizers that Ciro prepared for us. Asiago cheese crostones, amazing cold meats and italian cheese boards. We ended with a slice of heaven called "Torta de La Nonna". Guys, this place is a must if you love wine and nice food. You will find a cozy place and warm hearted people.

We have visited here both times we have been to Florence and it doesn't disappoint! The selection of wines by the glass is outstanding and we are always guided to something delicious. We ordered a case to send home and continue to order because the selection is unique and thoughtful. The atmosphere is intimate with a fun vibe. I love sitting inside at the bar and watching the recommendations and the food being prepared in such a small space! The speck and honey - delicious! The meat, cheese and bread are all outstanding and it's such a great place to sit and let the time go by with some outstanding wines. I would not hesitate to stop here and in fact seek it out!

What a great little find recommended by our hotel. Cute cute cute spot with a great wine selection by the glass (and lovely snacks - order the lardo crostini 👍👍). Definitely worth a stop and they take reservations for the cute terrace.

This is a great spot - whether you’re meeting someone for a glass of wine, stopping for lunch and some snacks or plan to wile away the evening drinking some fantastic wines. The staff are knowledgable and passionate about where their wine and ingredients come from. So good we went twice - first in the evening for a Prosecco before dinner and second for a leisurely lunch. Both were perfect. Highly recommend the mixed salami which includes melt in your mouth slices of duck breast. Divine.

Amazing service! Leonardo was the perfect host. We did the wine tasting with food. All the wines he chose for us were perfect and he paired it with the food we chose. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. I recommend getting the crustone with Asiago speck and honey. It was a great experience for those wanting to learn about and taste local wines.

To summarise, a huge disappointment. I went here based off a high local recommendation for their Tuscan bread and wine. Sadly too hungover that day to try the wine which i’m sure was very nice and had a good selection, so maybe there’s a redeeming quality there. However, for me, as someone who has worked in hospitality for quite a few years now, service can be a make or break for a dining experience. And in this case it was absolutely appalling. Granted, it seemed they were quite understaffed so that could have been the main reason, however I don’t agree because there’s always ways around that to still ensure all your customer’s get the experience they deserve. For us it was the fact that they asked my partner and I to wait for a table, so we waited for ten minutes or so, yet seated three people immediately even though they had shown up five minutes after us. And to make it worse they were served food and drinks before us and were very clearly looked after better. It was also disappointing to see many other customers and tables getting ignored as well. We waited almost an hour for our food which was just two plates of their special bread dishes, which were nice but not worth that long a wait for sure. There was no apology or reason as to why we had to wait for that long as well. Essentially it was just really shocking customer service and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there, so many better options in Florence without a doubt.

Got a bottle of wine to sit outside with on a hot day, the waitor kept the bottle chilled inside for us and was very attentive, and very fun! Enjoyed and would visit again.

Great service. MUST try the Crostone con Burrata Finnochiona (wolf boar) ! As for the wine, just ask for a recommendation, they will most likely get it right.

We were here almost every day of our stay in Florence and even celebrated our anniversary. Great wine, great food and great service. Sad to be leaving behind this spot. Can’t recommend it enough!

The cutest wine bar with the best service. This is tucked away around a corner and well distanced from touristy spots. Had a spectacular time trying different wines and snacking on a meat & cheese plate as well as some mixed bruschetta. Our server was helpful in recommending wines based off of our tastes. There was very limited seating inside but ample seating outdoors. We came in without a reservation and were able to get a spot inside. Definitely a must visit if you’re in the area.

Nice old school wine bar where you can sit at the bar for the authentic experience. Typical wine pairing food to accompany the wine and the two glasses of natural wine that I had were very nice, good value for money and generous pours. The only downside was that the steak tartare was a bit bland though.

Amazing wine bar with good bites. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into everything they make and they were so friendly helping us choose different wines to try. Don't miss it when in Firenze!

Absolutely great people in a great wine bar; had a tasting with Ciro for my 60th Birthday and it was made very special! I can't recommend this enough; I'll be spending plenty of time here on my next visit to Firenze!!! Ciro and team, thanks again for a great afternoon and thanks for my present. Take care :)

Very good wine, delicious food. The staff is very friendly. There is a very nice lady who speaks several languages and who has a ton of very interesting things to tell you. The price is cheap, they could even increase it a bit and remain competitive. If you go there try the tuna sandwich, it's marvelous.

Great place for a pre dinner cocktail. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Patio was full so we sat inside at the bar with our green pass and it was worth it as we got to interact with the staff. The meat board was good but the tomatoes were the highlight! We ordered extra plate just of tomatoes because it was that good haha!

This place was wonderful. There were great wine offerings and an awesome meat and cheese plate! Highly recommend! Many tables were reserved. I'd also recommend reserving a table a day in advance.

Off the main thoroughfare of ponte vecchio. Excellent quality on natural Bio wines. Wonderful meat and cheese platter. Great hosts and friendly staff. Coming back soon!!

Wonderful wine bar close to the Ponte Vecchio for tasting the grapes and vineyards of Italy. Selections appear to be chosen with care and are reasonably priced. There are just a few seats inside, but a nice patio on the street. Great to sample a flight alongside nice meat and cheese appetizers. Oenophiles will linger on nice afternoons before the tourists descend on the weekends.

😐 Not gonna lie, this is probably the most underwhelming Eataly location I've ever visited. Eataly locations are usually grandiose with impeccable service, but this one felt like a little corner store in Disneyland.
