Touch Bistro Toscano is by and far the best restaurant I’ve ever gone to in Florence and definitely my personal favorite. I highly recommend coming here if you want an authentic Florentine meal with a creative modern twist for a very affordable price! They have amazing service with the friendliest servers who will talk to you and help explain the process behind their creative dishes. Also, the food is impeccable! I regularly get their carbonara which is unique because they substitute cream with their innovative poached egg technique. At my most recent visit, I got the seafood risotto with prawns and asparagus which was delicious! They have a fantastic and cheap house wine and delicious desserts (we got one that used a liquor dating back from the time of the Medici’s) as well. This restaurant is a MUST visit!

Very tasty experience. I was especially impressed with the selfie carbonara. The service was friendly and attentive. This was the only place in our two weeks in Italy that a waiter asked about my food allergies and really made sure I didn't eat anything unsuitable, I really appreciate that.

Delicious, we wished we'd eaten here every night, not just the last. It was truly a food adventure yet still Tuscan. The service was also great, in easy English.

This was one of my favorite restaurants in Italy. The chef and staff were very friendly, coming and chatting with us at the end of our meal. The food was all so delicious! I had a mushroom steak, and my wife had octopus. The meal was a little pricey, but very very delicious.

Amazing bistro with high quality food and great service. Serves Tuscan food and menu changes regularly to match the fresh ingredients. The zucchini flowers with ricotta cheese was to die for. Everything we had on the menu was good!

Highly recommended. The quality of food is incredibly high, the bread is made fresh everyday, and the service was great. We ordered the Bistecca alla Fiorentina and it was amazing - we could cut through each slice like butter and it tasted pretty incredible. For deserts, I had the mille-feuille with pistachio cream, and my partner had the panna cotta. Again, both were delicious and very high quality, and they are very proud of their panna cotta. Definitely recommend making a reservation here.

it was good, it will be good. very friendly staff and chef. I don't know much about European food, but it was best for me during Italy. you can enjoy Italian dishes which are not salty. (based on South Korean standard)
