This cafe, which is in many parts of the world, is also in a great location and a spacious place in Florence. Hard Rock brand t-shirts, hoodies, accessories etc. at the entrance. There were people having fun with rock music in the cafe part inside. Live music was also great.

Excellent service, our waiters Ilaria was the best. She made the experience even better. Food was delicious!

It was a nice surprise to see that this Hard Rock Café is located in a previous cinema. It adds an extra charm to this place. It also has a stage and 3 large screens showing music videos. The service was quite good, the staff asked about any allergies. Burgers and sandwiches are good. They even have a veggie menu but the veggie burger needed some improvement.

Very good hard rock. Great food, very good cocktails and great decor. The service was really attentive and friendly, full of helpful advice and information about the store, menu, and artist memorabilia on the walls. Great music playing in the background too that was at the perfect volume to enjoy but not be distracted by or have to scream over to hear others. Highly recommend going for happy hour too.

This was such a nice experience! We had prebooked our dinner, which cost €23, and it included an appetizer, a main course, a dessert and a drink! They put the dessert in a to go bag since it was too much for us:)The portions were big, both, the chicked and the salmon were cooked really well. The staff was amazing as well. Also, the atmosphere was really nice, and there was also a shop where you could buy some Hard Rock Cafe merch.

Went for Thanksgiving day. Atmosphere is fantastic fun music, excellent drinks.

We loved our visit! We did make reservations, and i would recommend to do so. The NY Strip steak was delicious, and the surf and turf burger was the best burger my husband has eaten. There were several bands that played, too. Drinks were great, our server, Fabio, was great, too. What a fun night!

They make a nice coffe and pretty fast. The waitress was nice and the prices are honest and affordable comparing to close bars which are more luxury bars. The shop sells the T-shirts and clothes as every hard rock caffè as you can imagine.

I never had an experience with Hard Rock Cafe. This one was good experience. The location is good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food was OK. Burgers need to be juicy and chicken wings needs to be with BBQ sauce and not separated and it was little bit grassy.

Always a sucker for some rock 'n' roll memorabilia. The priciest Hard Rock Cafe I've ever visited, but worth it to see some Sex Pistols related items (other artists are available 😂).

Service was a bit slow, but overall good standard American food. If you want to change from the traditional Italian food, it is a good option.

Did not eat here but went to get Hard Rock pin for my collection. It was early in the day and they weren’t crowded. The gift shop was large and lots of cool gifts. I asked cashier if they had any items from my favorite musician on display! We weren’t eating and the restaurant part wasn’t open but the cashier let us go inside and take pictures! Highly recommend this HRC!

Such an amazing place to visit. We first me Rehan last Monday, such an amazing waitress and so very friendly. The food was amazing and the treasures all around you are fantastic to see. We went back on Thursday night, and this ti's time met Joseph, the manager and Erika, once again, so very friendly and accommodating. Food was so good again. I can't recommend it highly enough. THANK YOU TO REHAN, ERIKA AND JOSEPH FOR MAKING US FEEL SO COMFORTABLE. WE HAD SUCH A FANTASTIC TIME!

I make a point to go to Hard Rock Cafe whenever I’m in a city with one and normally I enjoy myself. This location was the exception. I got the Purple Haze for my drink which was surprisingly not very purple but good nonetheless. My issue was that there was not a single meatless item on the menu despite the holiday menu featuring vegan ice cream. As someone who doesn’t eat meat this caused issue for me. So I ended up ordering the southwest chicken salad without chicken which would have been fine but it tasted like it had been left out for hours before making it to my table. The lettuce was incredibly soggy and it just was not good overall. I got the hot fudge brownie for dessert which was very good but overwhelming, I thought I was just getting a brownie with a scoop of ice cream but it was much bigger then I expected. The server was very polite but it was clear that she was overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had to focus on. Overall I’m just disappointed because normally I love Hard Rock Cafes

Staff was very friendly, fluent in English, which is rare in Italy. Location and the atmosphere was also great. Food on the other hand... Yeah, not good at all. Burgers look good, but they are not.

Good food, great service and interesting memorabilia. Lorenzo took good care of us and even took a photo of us on stage at the drum kit. We will be back.

Very satisfying menu. My father in law got the chicken fajitas and loved them. I got a Diablo Burger and it was very good but lacked size as it left me wanting more. Beer was small for prize with the novelty cup. Price was very reasonable.

Very good environment, service was good, food was great. A bit overpriced, but we already knew that from the Hard Rock chain. They usually have live music on Fridays, so it might be nice to check their schedule and eat while watching a nice rock show.

the staff very kind and it’s has a lot of music items, my favorits was the papers with famous artists writing on it like the beatles. also my drink tasted like oreos yum. THEY HAD MICHAEL JACKSON’S OUTFIT AHH

First ever Hard Rock I have been to! Staff were all friendly - and the setting was suitably unique - food and drink were all great - even allowing for vegetarians and gluten-free options - maybe expensive (a little) but absolutely no complaints - it met my expectations and exceeded them

I was at this branch of Hard Rock Cafe somewhere around 2016-2017 and i remembered it fondly. I even came back, that very visit to Italy more than once. The years was not kind to this place. I don't know if it was covid or if it even happened before but i do not recommend. I had a short time to eat and was around the area. I ordered the baby back rib and with the recommendation of the waiter i asked for the fries with cheese (and i think bacon as well 🤔). Since I was in a hurry i told the waiter and asked very gently and politely if he could possibly ask the kitchen to hurry a bit with my order. He seemed a bit alarmed by my request, said he'll try but he can make no promises. I dunno if he was for some reason offended by my request or something but even if so, there's no excuse for what i received. I received a badly microwaved slab of baby-back ribs. Unevenly cooked. Not cold but definitely not warm. Too much sauce on a part of it. And a very very small side of fries. Without any cheese or bacon, Which since i was in a hurry I'm pretty sure i still paid extra for.
