This place was busy but quick. We were able to snag a seat inside but their sitting space is extremely limited with dark space in the back room but mostly everyone gets takeout so no complaints. We ordered meat, veggie, cheese board, and wine! We also ordered the lasagna which was the best we ever had. Had a wonderful time here and left feeling satiated. Staff were nice and answered any questions we had.

We had the Il nonno di Heidi paninis and the tomato soup plus local beers, all were excellent. The interior of the shop is nicely decorated and also very cozy. I liked the salvaged old wood shelves, the vintage kitchen amenities (some of them you can buy) the custom refrigerator with sliding glass doors. On the downside, the place is quite small, there are only 4 tables that you can sit. The majority of people order to go, so it's not a big deal after all.

Had a wonderful experience sitting right inside the door for wonderful wine and delicious food! Not a tourist attraction, a pure local delight! "no fashionable wines, no crazy prices, no industrial wines" A definite must do!

This was our 2nd meal in Firenze, on a very busy day for us. Our stop there was most welcome for our feet, souls and stomachs. Yes, it is a fast eating place, since there is no cooked food (or we haven't ordered even if they have). But the 2 persons appetizers board we ordered was sooo tasty and full with everything. And the porchetta sandwich 🥪 😋 was delightful. Yes, it is a nice place for a stop.

Sandwiches were delicious and tasted better then the more popular place down the street with the longer lines. Would definitely go back.

Hit the spot! Perfect place to sit outside, enjoy the cooling evening before dinner on a hot June day, take in the sights & sounds of Firenze, and taste some delicious taglieri & vino! We were able to sit at one of their little outdoor tables which is always fun this time of year. Our server was very helpful in getting us the right size board. The food was so good I forgot to get a picture, and the local wine choices were top-notch. Definitely a good spot to relax and take it all in!

Friend recommended this small busy eatery. Thank goodness! For under 40 euro we enjoyed a lovely full bodied house wine, a massive board of veggies, cheese and meat (enough for 3 although we got the board for 2) an amazing salad and sandwich. The background music was worth gold with jam bam bluegrass and mixed with Jonny cash and Everly brothers. Food worth it even if you have to take away but better to sit and enjoy.

As you start to get closer, you'll see that everyone is eating one of these sandwiches and for good reason. Many of the ingredients are made fresh each day. It's pretty large and well worth it for the price. If you're not super hungry, you could probably share. You'll likely see this place on many of food bloggers who visit Florence, it's well known to be one of the top places to try. For non-italian speakers, there are staff holding up QR codes with an English menu.

Great house wine, friendly staff and a wonderful selection of apertivos, especially for lots of food options/charcuterie. The sandwiches all looked great as well.

Wow! Best in town place for charcuterie/tagliere misto/salumi/cured meats/prosciutto! Our favorite in Firenze. Great location, great food, great service and wild selection of meats. We came for the meats, not the sandwiches/paninis. We ordered gourmet tagliere for two and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. Not to mention the vibes and decoration of the place, it looks and feels like a traditional Italian eatery for meat lovers.

We had options 7&8 on the sandwich menu. Both very tasty, meat was freshly sliced and all the ingredients were high quality. The decor was unique and eating inside was very pleasant.

La Prosciutteria never disappoints which ever city we’ve been in. Our first visit was in 2017 Siena, our second in Bologna (amazing! ) and today Firenze. Brilliant member of staff suggested wines to pair and they did not disappoint. Food just yummy and such a welcome treat to sample local produce of such high standards.

Squeeze through all the uninitiated lunchtime crowds queuing for very ordinary panini bars and fifty metres later you enter paradise! This atmospheric hole-in-the-wall offers a good range of top wines by the glass (chilled Lambrusco for aperitif and a Montalcino chaser with the food for me today!) amongst the most mouthwatering selections of best hams and cheeses. Also hot florentine food like ribollite (gorgeous) and lampredotto (tender and richly flavoured) hit the button before a platter of tastiest lardo. Make your pilgrimage for a really relaxed and genuine welcome.

fantastic ambiance and cheese and meat plate. great price for portion. awesome music. only thing is we got a bottle of the house wine and I legitimately watched the waiter fill the top part of it up with water… only 10 euro but that left me feeling majorly suspect

Thia place was fantastic. Great staff, really traditional and the food was fabulous. We were in Florence 5 days and ate there every day. Sandwiches, salad and sharing boards and a great selection of beers all at great prices. If you are in Florence you have to go.

Since becoming vegetarian, I was unsure if I could enjoy sandwiches as much because I'm pretty picky. But these sandwiches were the best I had ever had! Gino (the one who prepared the sandwich) was so friendly and had great recommendations. After a week in Florence, it was still some of the best food we ate, so my friend and I had to come back, and it was even better the second time!!

We had some paninos in this restaurant as they were very tasty and made in that moment. You are able to order the options they have in the menu but you can also personalize your panino. We had a panino with different ingredients at it costs 6 euros. The panino is big so if you are not that hungry you can share it with someone else or keep half for later. The people working in the restaurant were very nice and speak English if needed. The restaurant had some inner tabela as well at outside tabela. But the space is not so big so you can also order, pay and do takeaway.

The food was great, the wine was great, the staff was great. Simply amazing, should not be missed 🤤

Incredible sandwich with meat sliced fresh to order. Super friendly service and a very atmospheric place to sit and enjoy your enormous sarnie. Good prices and drink selections too; great price for house wine! Highly recommend skipping the ridiculous queue down the road and heading straight here, you won't be disappointed.

I cannot possibly imagine what All'Antico has that they don't have here. We had an incredible sandwich. The meat was sliced when I ordered it. The mozzarella di buffalo was incredible. The tomatoes and lettuce were super-fresh. And, of course, the bread is fantastic.

Very good charcuterie! Enjoyable to sit there nibbling on the meats and cheeses. The lady behind the counter recommended a right sized board for us. My only comment is that they were busy and so the tables were not cleaned after the previous groups left.
