Finally had a chance to return! This time I tried their bagels and pancake. The bagel was super light and crispy, loved every bit of it. The pancake was also very light and fluffy, I shared this with some friends and it was the perfect amount. We went a little early, around 9.30am to beat the weekend crowd, there was no wait. Hope to return soon!

This place is fantastic, the reviews don’t lie! We had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table but totally worth it! The server was very polite and excited we were here! My mom had the best pancakes of her life, my wife had the stoner waffles and the chicken was more than perfect! I couldn’t figure out what to eat so I ordered the loaded bagel and banana french toast! The french toast tasted like banana foster! The bagel was nice and fresh! We also ordered different drinks, I had the bourbon street, the fresh orange and the peanut butter kiss! We loved it here to say it tasted like home is an understatement, I haven’t had breakfast like this in the US! If we were here longer I would eat here everyday!

so I ordered pancakes named Jack Johnson and the quality is very good. I’d say I would have preferred less cinnamon but it’s up to anyone’s taste I guess. unlike many other places the packaging was solid and good and the pancakes arrived safe and sound and interestingly warm! good job

Very good cafe for breakfast/brunch. Very friendly staff and tasty food. Be aware of limited number of seats - if possible book in advance or came early :) Eggs was rightly done and sauce was good. Drinks arrived quickly but food was little late because all tables was occupied.

It was a perfect decision to celebrate my birthday here. The food was amazing, welcoming staff, they all celebrated my birthday and the service was up to the mark. Gonna recommend everyone. Also if you wait in the queue they offer a complimentary coffee ♥️

Really good American brunch in Florence. It’s quite popular so expect to wait at least 20 mins to be seated down depending on the day you go. The food is amazing. I had the best iced coffee here during my trip to Italy. They smoothies are also very nice & fresh.

Perfect fried chicken with waffles 🧇 🍗 We went here for brunch and waited about 15 minutes as they get pretty busy with limited seating inside about 15-20 people at a time. We were not disappointed indeed! Ordered the regular chicken waffle, chicken sandwich, hash browns, purple drink, and mimosa, all excellent choice! My favorite was chicken waffle. The panko-breaded batter is not only well-seasoned but also super crispy. The glistening meat juice just comes right out when slicing the chicken that was perfectly cooked with tender texture! The syrup and mustard further compliments well to enhance the flavor profile so I never felt too heavy when enjoying this dish. Moreover, the waffles were crispy on the outside and soft as a pillow on the inside, indicating they nailed the moisture level and timing of the waffle. Needless to say, the chicken sandwich was equivalently delicious and excellent in execution. The hash browns were soft and crispy, and I only wished it can come with ketchup as a personal choice. The smoothie was fresh without using frozen fruits and I would like to see it in a tall glass instead of a wine glass. The mimosa was fresh as well. Overall great dining experience with helpful staffs, 100% recommend to check it out in Florence!

This place was amazing! Not only was the food delicious, but the atmosphere was delightful. We have been travelling for a week now, and this is the best food we have had on our trip in Italy so far!

Amazing place to have brunch in Florence. The food was amazing and the portions were also very good for the price. Special thanks to Cecilia! She is doing her best considering the place is fairly small and there are a lot of customers. She is great with customer service and makes sure everyone is satisfied. Would recommend 100%

This is an American-style brunch/lunch restaurant. They do American type items while retaining an Italian flare. A nice place to go if you’re missing home at all. I enjoyed the breakfast bagel and smoothie, they tasted super fresh and were filling. This place is a bit pricey, however, and maybe not quite worth what you’re paying. That said, the staff and atmosphere were very pleasant and charming.

Food was excellent - equivalent if not better than your average London Independent diner. Got the chicken+waffles and it was gigantic! Prices are fair - £8-11 euros for a decent breakfast. Staff were great.

Great place for breakfast in Florence. You can have all kinds of shakes, pancakes and bagels/toasts, somehow like an American style breakfast or brunch. Good service, good food, a bit crowded so you might want to come early to skip the lines. Would really recommend for some early bites before hitting the Firenze museums.

These guys are amazing! Creative and exquisite juices. We were served by Munich, who also guide us with the delicious alternatives they have. We tried the French toasts, the egg Benedict and the huge double meat hamburger! All were well prepared and excellent presented with paired exquisite flavors. The cocktails were also amazing! Definitely, awesome place to be repeated soon!

Great breakfast place. Tasty food, great presentation, and good size meals. The chairs by the bar were pretty tall though and it was hard to adjust my chair. If you’re an average size woman maybe ask for a table if available. My husband had no issues though. There is a wait but it was worth it in my opinion. Got to chat with a wonderful couple while waiting.

Amazing American style breakfast!! My friends and I went here and we all absolutely loved what we ordered.I had the rooster pancakes with hasbrowns and I would definitely recommend. The pancake portions were smallish so I was glad I got hasbrowns as well! Our server was very funny and got us a table within 15 minutes. This location is pretty small so be prepared to wait a little when you come! This is a must try!

The food was good . The coffee was served cold though. And the french toast was served in a big portion in which we had a lot of leftovers. But overall i liked the food. The service was very good , the staff were very nice and welcoming. The place is a bit small in which tables were close to each other you can hear other’s conversations. Nice coffee shop i recommend visiting it.

Brunch spot in a nice location with good coffee. We had the Classic Eggs Benedict, Jack Johnson Banana Pancakes, bacon, and a Peanut Butter & Banana Bagel with a couple coffees and the total was about 40€, pretty reasonable prices for such a touristy area. The bagel and homemade peanut butter was outstanding, I would return just to eat this again. The eggs benny was okay but the hollandaise was way too tangy/sour for my tastes, wouldn’t get this again. The banana pancakes were also pretty good, but were dry and could’ve used some butter or syrup. The restaurant is really nicely decorated with a good vibe and wonderful staff. Recommend giving it a try as long as you stay away from the hollandaise.

Food was really great. The food was really sweet and sugary, it was a great experience. I got to taste the the "Rooster Stack" (4 Chocolate chip pancakes with peanutbutter) and drank a "Straw-Bury me Bananas". Both were great, would reccomend. the restaurant was really quite full though.

Great spot!! The fried chicken is marinated so well, both the paprika and mustard sauce taste like special recipe of the house. Basil detox can‘t be missed.

My 16 year old with a big appetite was dying for an american breakfast, and this place hit the spot. He had chicken and waffles, a smoothie and an amazing iced mocha. I had the yogurt and granola and while it was great (and I felt healthy) the people around me with their banana pancakes and brioche French toast kept me salivating! If you’re in the mood for brunch, or hungrier than what the typical croissant and espresso can fill you up with, I’d recommended the rooster cafe! The people are super friendly too.

The food was amazing. The fried chicken was so fresh and the best thing on the menu. The yogurt bowl was delicious and filled with so many fruits it filled me up so much despite it seeming like a small serving (I was very wrong with that assumption). Bar seating is just as great as table seating and the service is out of this world. Everyone is so kind and friendly, they even offered to refill my water bottle for free as I'd been walking around Florence for a few hours and ran out. Super clean and the design is terrific. A bit of a wait but totally worth it for the quality. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved my experience at rooster cafe! I ordered the Jack Johnson (banana pancakes) and they were delicious! My friends and I had a great time talking and joking around with our server Connor, which made our experience fun and memorable! I highly recommend rooster cafe and I will definitely be back!
