We stumbled upon this by pure luck, and we do not regret it! The place is really charming, with great dishes. We have a view on the kitchen, and we could really see that the cooks loved what they were doing. If you like it, you must try the tiramisu, it is unreal!

We were looking for a place to have authentic pizza, and we stumbled across this one. The place was fully booked, but the lady who greeted us, spent a good 2-3 minutes trying to find a way to accommodate us, which I really appreciated. We ordered a pizza each, and it was truly delicious. Great ambience and really yummy pizza! Definitely recommend

This was the first cafe I visited in Florence and I was super impressed! The staff were super friendly and patient though there were quite a few customers. Nice little cafe on the corner of the street. I had a flat white and croissant, was definitely worth it!! Would recommend 10/10!

Great authentic spot in a less-busy area downtown. The pasta is very fresh and the wine was great. I like how they consciously source the ingredients. Very relaxed and unique vibe - would recommend!

Excellent food, drinks, and service. We had the degustation menu which was accompanied by the wine pairing. All the pairings were very complimentary to each dish. The desserts were all very good as well.

Well worth the visit. Although in a tourist area, they offer great authentic Italian pizza from a hot stone oven for a good price. The restaurant greatly caters to tourists, as the menu has english translation and the staff speak English. One downside is that it can become noisy because of the traffic going past the restaurant. Otherwise, I will visit again if I come back to Firenze.

Our second visit to SimBIOsi. The first being 5 years ago. Thankfully we booked. And yes, the pizzas were as good as we remembered. The Margherita for Mrs C, her go to. And the pancetta and blue cheese for me. Oh lord. Delicious. We can't wait to come back.

Great pizza! Very fast service too. It was a hit confusing when we booked as there are three restaurants (one cafe, one pasta joint, one pizzeria) and we thought we booked at the pizza place, but apparently we booked at the pasta place. Luckily they were able to accommodate us at the pizzeria and we were so happy they did. The burrata and spicy salami pizza was incredible. Best pizza we had in Florence!

The pizza was outstanding and full of flavour. Several standard classics, and some new and interesting combinations. There were a number of fantastic vegetarian options, including a ricotta stuffed crust. Recommended to book ahead.

This place is simply amazing! The pizza is incredibly delicious, and the service is pleasant. It's worth noting that within this same building, there's a cafe, a restaurant, and a pizzeria. Some of the photos you see here may not be related specifically to the pizzeria. When I made the reservation, I thought we'd be sitting in a different room with a long table and a portrait of a rabbit at the helm. However, it turned out to be the restaurant, and my reservation didn't apply to it. Overall, it wasn't a problem for us, and we hope to have the opportunity to visit the restaurant in the future.

We stumbled upon this place purely by luck, but I’m glad we did. It’s located in touristy area and often requires dinner reservations (which we didn’t have). However, the hostess & staff were really nice and let us in anyway with a contingency that we might have to rush as they are offering us a reserved table and party will be arriving in next 30-40 mins, which my partner and I didn’t mind as we were super hungry (it was raining as well) and knew that food will be out soon. — turns out we didn’t have to rush after all anyway. Their pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve had here. It’s authentic and straight from hot oven for a very affordable price. We had Regina Margherita and truffle pizza. They were able to accommodate for vegetarian options as well. Ambience was so Florentine as well. I would definitely revisit with a reservation to fully enjoy the ambience.

We found this restaurant by chance but three of us were absolutely stunned by how delicious the pizzas were. They has vegan mozzarella as replacement for the pizza. The variety of the choices were great. The pizza bread was made in wooden oven. So a paradise. The mixed salad was rich, totally fresh and delicious. The service was friendly, fast and excellent. Will definitely go there again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying this place out. Keep it simple with some wine and pizza, and it won't disappoint.

By far the best pizza I’ve ever had, the wait might be a little bit longer after 7pm, but the wait worth it 100%. I suggest to reserve a place to don’t wait. We ordered a Caprese salad that was delicious, a pizza (margherita and burrata e ‘nduja) and for drinks we tried the Rossa bio beer and it was absolute magic and a bio aranciata very refreshing. Tables outside are a bit too small and if you want pasta (from the restaurant beside which is same brand) they don’t let you get it, these are my only opportunity areas I see.

Great service, the pizzas were really good and full of flavour. Definitely worth the money and great portions as well. Make sure you go a little before the rush hours to find a nice spot to enjoy the meal.

After seeing the David statue, we wanted a quick bite to eat and stumbled across SimBIOsi. The pizza was the best we had in Italy and the salad was very fresh with lots of vegetables. Service was quick and efficient and the prices very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I visited here because I searched the pizzeria but when I came here I wanted to have pasta. I won’t recommend here to my friend, because the flavour was super normal and nothing special. The best thing was orange juice even… but if you still wants to have pasta, it’s not bad that much. Really simple flavour…

Pizza here is fantastic with a nice selection. Great choice of salads and appetizers too. It's hard to describe how good the pizza crust is and how wonderful the ingredients taste. But you need a reservation (especially on weekends), and fortunately you can make them online. We saw people get turned away because it was just too busy.

The food was good and the place is nice but the service was cold and harsh so that we felt uncomfortable. In the end everyone got offered Limoncello except us. We were ignored until the end so that we were the only ones in the restaurant while the staff was cleaning, and even though we were done no one asked if we wanted to pay or anything.

We just happened to find this delicious place for dinner. The homemade pasta course was so delicious & surprising! And, (the vegetarian) zucchini 2nd course was so amazing my meat eating husband couldn’t stop eating it. A must that is off the beaten path.

I’ve been here twice on two separate trips to Florence a few years apart. Great service, people are kind and helpful, food is excellent and the ambiance is authentic Italian. We loved it, and we’ll definitely be back!

Great food with unique atmosphere away from mass tourism and yet just steps away from tourist hotspots.

The atmosphere and food were both really good! The service was decent. We were the only people there for a little bit, and still had to wait about 15 minutes for water & wine. Might be back to give it another shot though!

Was here 3 years ago and it was excellent. This time they tried for fusion dishes and it didn’t work sadly. I had the Fantasia pasta which held promise but had none of the flavours promised. My partner had the special of porchetta with watermelon that didn’t work. They were lovely and changed my meal to the Guinea fowl lasagna which was fantastic! And then brought us limoncello to make amends. Definitely would give it another go but stick to the wonderful Florentine dishes.

Incredible wood fired pizza! I had to go back the next night and get more.. Tops to the one chef! The staff are really lovely and attentive, the vibe in the place was intimate and warm. Highly recommend a visit

Beautiful restaurant with great pizzas but for some reason they forgot how to make classic Italian dishes. The tiramisu forgot to soak the lady fingers and were rock hard. The lasagna was more of a meatloaf.

5* experience! Staff amazing. Food delicious. Incredible atmosphere. Service top quality. Beautiful decoration. Best quality/price. Nothing better than eat good food and hear good music, specially a Jazz Lover as me (old jazz from 20's-40's) and have a staff that makes you feel home. I went to SimBIOsi for the first time 3 years ago and i always recommend my friends that go to Florence to go there. My best experience in Florence. To come back. Always.

Good place, good food, good personnel, but the plates are poor, I mean that respect other Italian restaurant the quantity of food (I ordered Tortellini al cinghiale) is really insufficient for a dinner and the price is not aligned to that quantity. If you are not hungry is a very good place.

Went for dinner. Ordered 2 pizzas and beer. Amazing dough, great quality for sauce and toppings. Went for the Sausage, Mushrooms and truffle pizza and the second one was ham, fig paste and blue cheese. Amazing flavours. Service efficient and very welcoming. Make a reservation, be on time, and enjoy a beer or two while your pizza is ready.

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
