We enjoyed our visit but probably not my favorite in terms of steak. Of course to each their own but for me I tend to enjoy a bit more smokey / wood charcoal taste. Compared to the US, it’s a great price. Compared to Florence, it’s one of the more expensive places in town. Not that it’s a terrible thing as we are tourists and the time we ate 6:00 is extremely early for dinner in Italy. However, we noticed out of the 10+ tables or so seated, all were tourists.

The steak and the salad were OK; the meat was fresh anyway. However, the servers were very indifferent. We had to wait for a long time to call the server because he had disappeared, even though there were only a few tables with people. You might find it difficult to hear any verbal sound from the server, as he just nodded in response to what I asked and never said anything. This is definitely not appropriate service for a steakhouse.

If you love sushi..this is not your place.. under 4 fingers are sushi slice not steak !! take a look around in this area many china and Japan restaurants..here is Florence ITALY and if you want to test a real Italian fiorentina Tbone steak..you are in the right place

This establishment is truly exceptional. Despite having a reservation, we initially arrived at the main store due to a navigational error. However, this location proved to be far more conducive to a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. The culinary offerings were of the highest caliber. If you seek an outstanding steak in Florence, this is the ideal destination😃

Good restaurant with top-quality food and decent service. The steak 🥩 encouraged. Originally I was planning on getting a burger 😈 to compare it to the many amazing American burgers I have eaten, sadly they couldn’t make them at dinner time. But I enjoyed the meal and experience 👍🏽

Didn’t wanna come here at first cause this place is too famous and widely known as a ‘tourist trap’. But our hotel host also recommended this place, in the end we decided to give it a try. And it was the right decision! Great T bone steak! We ordered 1kg for 2 people and it was just the right amount, meat was tender and juicy, salad was alright. Tiramisu is not the best but it was a good way to end the meal. Booked through the fork so we got 20%off which was decent. The restaurant was spacious and they have another outlet around the corner. Visited early at 6pm so we were served quick and the food came fast. Guess this is a good place for tourists to try some authentic fiorentina steak.

I ordered the “famous” T Bone Florence steak, it’s def not worth the price. Lots of pieces are hard to chew and taste is flavourless. The service is not matched with the price either. The waiter forgot to ask us how we want the steak, we even told him we needed it “medium rare” when he came second time. You also need to pay in front instead of they bring machine to you. Overall, with the similar prices, I had way better experience in most of steakhouses in Toronto.

They deserve 5* in evertyhing! the best biftec tartar, the best steak fiorentina tne best mille folie!🎉 It was an amazing experience! Loved every minute. The staff was very professional!🥰

We went to try the infamous florentine steak and were really happy that it met our expectations and lived upto the reviews we read online. The staff were friendly and helpful in navigating the menu and the food was wonderful. I would recommend trying the restaurant - it was a great experience

We ordered the caprese, wagyu ribeye and lobster pasta. The lobster pasta was good. The caprese was also good with fresh buratta. The wagyu steak wasn't as tender as it should be. When we complained they were very nice and gave a discount and made it the price of the normal steak. Great service. Amazing customer service.

Superb place to eat steaks from all over the world. Very popular so booking necessary. Steaks are gorgeous, but expect to pay for quality. We paid 250€ for four, 1.5 kilo steak and a bottle of Chianti included.

Outstanding food quality. All dishes tasted fantastic, steaks were cooked to perfection. Service undoubtedly superb. Highly recommend this place.

I can’t say I am very impressed. We order an 1.2 kg medium cooked T-bone steak and it doesn’t look like medium cooked. It’s still a bit cold in the middle. Later on we ask the waiter to recook it for us and they cook it all the way to well done. It doesn’t taste as amazing as what I saw on the reviews and what I think about €100 steak. Waiter will show the raw steak to other tables before they cook it. I don’t know why we did it get the same experience. The meatball spaghetti wasn’t very good either. The pasta sauce they use feels like those cheapest canned pasta sauce from discount supermarket. Tiramisu was good tho. The service was poor. It wasn’t very busy that day. And we waved at the waiter a few time when he walks by and he just don’t see us.

I came here to try the Florentine Steak and it was not disappointed. The flavor and the perfect cooked steak makes this a very nice experience. The server was very nice and make us feel very comfortable. I ordered the Fiorentine Steak, grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes, and chianti red wine, the wine it was recommended by the server and it's strong but I like it. My wife order a sirloin steak, my daughter ordered raviolis and they enjoyed everything.

5 stars! I came with a large group(made a reservation) and they were very accommodating and the food was delicious! It was a perfect meal, perfect timing, and with very kind staff. I highly recommend this place, and will visit again in the future! Two thumbs up!

Excellent restaurant with delicious food and great service/staff. We ordered the Bistecca Fiorentina set menu for 2 people - amazing steak! Keep in mind that they have two separate restaurants on the same street, so if you make a reservation just make sure to check the right address/number.

Came here based on reviews and have to say it was excellent - staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, even showing us the cut of steak before it was cooked. Delicious cheese platter to start, followed by steak that was cooked to perfection - we were so stuffed we couldn’t eat dessert - wine list was also extensive. Would thoroughly recommend - great service and excellent food.

My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. The waiting staff were exceptionally efficient, extremely curtious, and emphatically professional. The food was perfect. We had the 1.2kg Black Angus T-Bone steak with roasted potatoes. The cook on the steak was exactly how it should be. Dessert, while not usually my thing, was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all locals and any passers-by. An easy 5 star rating to grant!

As a tourist, I wasn’t sure what to expect since this restaurant is outside of what I know to be the core of Florence. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by many staff members upon entering and the portions were HUGE— almost American size. The waiters were EXTREMELY attentive and kind. Overall the food was delicious. I let my steak pieces cook a little longer (to about medium well) and it became really tough so I recommend taking it off when it’s about medium rare/medium. We’d also recommend the “combo” for two that’s on the last page of the menu that includes antipasti, salad, and a shared steak with water. It was really good value.

Really delicious steak, best i ever had! Although i don’t personally like with that much fat, the half with no fat was like a mousse melting in your mouth. Moreover, our server Marco was really really nice, attentive and explicative. Desserts also delicious. Recommend!

We had an excellent meal at this restaurant. But the service was over the top. Marco our server provided some of the best service we ever had. He brought over 4 bottles of wine and did a presentation on each so we can make the best choice. Make sure you ask to seat in his section when you try this outstanding steakhouse.

This place was absolutely fantastic. I had the best steak I've ever had here with the best wine I've ever had. The server Marco was top notch, able to give fantastic recommendations to my wife and I helping us truly understand our experience and give us confidence in our choices. We had a red wine, delicious truffle pasta, Florentine steak, and grilled vegetables. Once I had the steak and wine, I was in a whole different experience. I can't recommend this place or the server enough.
