Our
family
(11
people)
were
going
to
be
in
Firenze
during
Passover
2023,
more
than
4,000
miles
from
our
home
in
the
USA.
We
wanted
to
conduct
a
family
seder
(a
service
and
meal
commemorating
Passover)
but,
of
course,
we
had
no
cooking
facilities
in
our
hotel.
We
used
the
internet
to
seek
caterers
who
could
meet
all
our
religious
dietary
requirements
and
the
ritual
foods
traditional
to
a
seder.
By
sheer
luck,
we
found
Tuscan
Bites
and
their
representative,
Monica
Balli.
Although
Tuscan
Bites
didnβt
know
anything
about
a
seder
or
the
complicated
preparation
it
requires,
they
were
willing
to
work
with
us
to
learn
about
and
meet
our
requirements.
Monica
and
I
exchanged
emails
over
the
course
of
several
months,
and
she
was
wonderful
about
looking
at
this
as
an
adventure
and
a
learning
curve.
We
used
a
banquet
room
that
she
suggested,
which
was
lovely.
She
provided
pictures
of
dinnerware,
cutlery,
and
glassware
from
which
to
choose,
and
suggestions
for
the
vegetarian
Passover
meal.
The
chef
and
the
waiters
were
warm
and
welcoming
and
did
an
exemplary
job.
The
food
was
absolutely
magnificent
and,
with
all
the
fabulous
food
in
Firenze,
I
many
times
wished
I
could
have
another
meal
like
the
one
provided
for
our
seder.
We
cannot
find
words
that
express
our
delight
and
the
breadth
of
our
recommendation
for
Tuscan
Bites.
