We had a lasagne, truffle pasta & the meatballs with fried zucchini flowers. The zucchini flowers had too much batter and was soggy. The pasta was too soft. The lasagne was OK at best. The ambience was nice and the service was friendly but food was a let down!

Great food. The bistecca alla Fiorentina is delicious, but could probably use a few more minutes on the grill if you ask me (only served rare). The tiramisu might be the best I’ve ever had. Staff was very friendly. Place gets busy, so get there early. Bill was about €95 for everything pictured.

This place was recommended to me by the owner of my small hotel. Went there twice during my stay in Florence. Will definitely come back one day. Good food, moderate prices.

Highly recommend this restaurant! Definitely call before to make a reservation, but it would be worth waiting in line for! The wait staff are friendly, the service was great, the food was delicious, the wine was great, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great.

Went here for lunch and it was excellent. Arrived around 2pm and no wait at all. Ordered a steak (not the big big one, just a 700gm) and some sides to share. Steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Spinach was great, such a generous amount. Couldn’t fault the meal and would go back for dinner to try more of the menu.

This was their "Florentine Steak". They also forgot to make my wife's entree so we waited with no food for about 20 minutes or so after we ate my (quite small) steak and her first course. We went here two years ago and it was AMAZING. Not sure what happened since. I appreciate how this seems to be a place both locals and tourists enjoy. But based on our food decorative this evening, I can't recommend it.

Best lasagna ever. Also the Bolognese was really good. This is a typical restaurant, not a tourist trap and I really recommend you to visit it. While we waited outside for a table, we had a kind of red wine as an aperitif, offered by the restaurant. I really enjoyed all the experience. In the end, we shared a typical tiramisu and it was also outstanding.

Went to the restaurant with high expectations for a great meal, but the dishes were just ordinary. The price -quality is not on par the dishes, and the place is more like a tourist trap. We discovered much more delicious and traditional restaurants in the next days

A must in Florence. Perfect restaurant. Fantastic food, excellent house wine, friendly and very efficient service, great local vibe. Their fiorentina steak is amazing and if you go for it, try their roasted potatoes as a side: they're simply delicious! Prices fair, especially considering the quality of the food and service. Just bare in mind that if you want a fiorentina steak, they would only cook it rare as it's the traditional way. Top place!

Such a lovely place. Very recommended! We stopped for lunch and enjoyed it a lot. Food: Very authentic and delicious! The truffles pasta in particular was great as well as the fried zucchini blossoms! Service: The service was friendly and in a great mood! They served us fast and helped us get plant-based options off the menu as well. Prices: they are good. Not crazy cheap, but definitely not expensive either.

This place was reccomened to me by a local I met doing Jiu jitsu while on vacation. I'm very glad they did. I had a disappointing lunch and snack elsewhere , so I really needed to have a solid dinner as I only have two nights in florence . This place delivered on all aspects. The food service and room were all my favourites in Italy so far. I started with the tortellini in brodo and it brought me back to being a little boy and having my Nonna's (Except I'm not Italian and never had a Nonna) The waiter reccomened the tortelli mugellani al ragu (potato filled big tortellini ) and this was the single best dish I've had in Europe over the last two weeks, absolutely amazing. Then because I was so happy with the rest of the food I opted to eat a third pasta and go for the the truffle tagliolini, and it was also great. On top of that the service staff were all very friendly and I stayed chatting with them for a few minutes about how cold Canada is right now. All in all, great restaurant and highly recommended.

Best food in Florence. Dined in 2 nights in a row out during our 3 days 2 nights trip because it was just worth it. The first night it was very crowded and they told us to go to their other restaurant, but we went to the wrong one and waited a long time before checking back on this place and eventually got a spot here. The food was amazing, the service was spectacular, the price is also good for such quality. 10/10 would recommend.

The place has a warm atmosphere, service is so fast and waiters are so kind. It is not such a big restaurant that’s why I recommend to make reservation at least 5-6 hours before :)

I was recommended by the local. This place is amazing. I think it's better to do reservation (we booked from the help of our nice hotel staff). I love the foods, the price, the taste, the whole experience. The staffs were very nice. You really HAVE TO TRY THE T-BONE STEAK. It was amazing!

This place is the real deal! Delicious Authentic food at fair price, exceptional service. My husband had Florentine steak that cut with a butter knife. My eggplant parmigiana was so delicious as were the sides of roasted potatoes and white beans. This was our last night in Florence and the best food of our 15 day trip!

Get there early! if you want to get a seat. Their food is amazing you can't go wrong with ordering anything from the menu. I had the lasagna. Then came back the following day, and i got the osso buco slowly cooked with tomatoes, celery, garlic, and onions on top, with green beans. It was unbelievable.

Amazing food. We went there two nights in a row to try the famous Florentine steak as well, which was amazing but also at a better price than most places. I will forever dream of the truffle pasta I had it was by far one of the best things I have ate. It does take a while to prepare the food, so keep that in mind. The servers were amazing. They gave us free limoncello shots as well!

We stayed 2 nights in Florence and both nights we had our Dinner in this Restaurant. Everything was delicious and the service was super good and friendly, probably my best steak I ever had in my life. Pasta with beef stew was also super delicious and one the best I had! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

We went there with the intention to eat Florentine steak and it was not a dissapointment. The meat was nice and rare (only available rare). It had a great taste and was seasoned very well. You can also taste the grill. The same goes for the roasted potatoes. The staff was also friendly, but the fact that our table didn't get cleaned after we sat down was a bit dissapointing. That is why we give it 4 stars instead of 5. We understand that it is a very busy place.

The food was extraordinary. Ravioli in tomato sauce was a winner. But, my daughter claimed the grilled salmon was by far the best she ever had.the staff brought us a side salad and antipasto without us ordering or being charged. The cheese cake was light and tasty and the tiramisu was as good as my mother's. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere. What more could you want? We started with pecorino served with honey and mustard of fruit (a touch spicy and very tasty). Then we had the tagliolini with shaved black truffles (delicious) and spaghetti with clams. We also shared an eggplant parmesan, which, while certainly good, was our least favorite of the dishes we tried here. Finally we had the no-bake cheesecake which was to die for. We can't stop talking about the almondy, oaty crust!

Very friendly and fun environment, food was tasty although the portion is not that much! Wine was good as well. Truely recommend to visit when in Florence for a nice experience.

Best meal so far in Italy. Pasta is super flavourful and beautifully al dente. The potatoes al forno are amazing. Really enjoyed everything
