Relatively expensive, but totally justified for the killer location, chic setting, friendly service, and menu quality. The food ranges between decent and great, but the drinks are stellar. For context, I take my daughters, who are 4&7, on a lot of “dates” while my wife is working (she is a professor and we are living in Florence since she received a Fulbright Fellowship). We can be a lot to handle! So I really appreciated how the servers treated us with not just respect, but genuine joy. They sat us in an area with couches and treated my girls like royalty. My girls also claim they have the best fries and chicken nuggets on the planet. My specialty house spritz was the best drink I’ve had in Italy and my avocado toast was really good too. Thanks to everyone who works there for a lovely experience!!!

We attended this restaurant as we were tired and overheated and saw the water mist spray. Glas we did. Burgers were perfectly cooked medium rare, the salad was fresh, and the pizza was terrific. Location is right on the square, so lots of people watching opportunities. Prices were definitely fair. The Hugo drink we ordered was the perfect cool down from the hot Florence sun. Service was prompt and cheerful. A very nice lunch experience 👍

The service was exceptional, offering great hospitality from start to finish. The atmosphere was inviting, and the view from the venue was simply breathtaking. Being centrally located, it was conveniently accessible and surrounded by the city's vibrant energy. A memorable experience that exceeded expectations!

We came here for breakfast at the terrace and were greeted by very lovely staff. The food was 10/10. Lovely atmosphere. They forgot my club sandwich that I ordered but later they brought a few small sweets to compensate which was very sweet as well :) Delightful experience, delicious food, great customer service. Very very pleased, 100% recommend!

The food is amazing! Absolutely No issues about the taste ! BUT the service, the one important Thing - get the order right just not working.. check you order before eating.. But otherwise its good 😊

A historic place! Very good cappuccino and pastries. This is a perfect place for breakfast! I come here as often as I can. Love it 😍. A little bit of background: Caffè Concerto Paszkowski is One of the most famous historical cafés in Florence. It started as a Polish brewery in the 19th century Jewish ghetto, but when the area was redeveloped, Paszkowski maintained the same site and now has a place of honor in Republic Square. Since 1911, Caffè Paszkowski stands out for the proposal of a musical orchestra which, with the formula "Caffè Concerto", accompanies the Florentine evenings by cheering up the outdoor spaces during the summer and the tea room during the months Winter.

Nice place to have breakfast. Photo 1, nice enough. photo 2 the cream filled cornetto was very nice, beautiful puff pastry and nice filling. Photo 3 was nice, lovely Caramelized pasty, little filling though, photo nice but not my thing. Lovely cappuccino. Overall nice service and great location.

Delicious cappuccino and pastries!! Everything was superb. Was recommended this place by a local and she was 100% right! Walk right up to the bar, order your drink, and off you go. Highly recommend the pistachio filled pastry. So light and fresh.

Beautiful fancy, don’t use the bathroom! Came for an inbetween coffee and snack, and did not have to wait to long to enter the popular establishment. Very lovely waiters and a delicious amount of options to choose from! The inside is beautiful, and the outside is covered so you may enjoy the view over the plaza while staying warm and dry. Only down side to it all was the bathrooms. For such a beautiful luxurious place, I was caught by surprise when asked to wait in an increasing unruly line to go to the bathroom downstairs. The Corona rules flew out the window as everyone started piling up close as the line was passing the pastry bar at the entrance. Some young boys started an argument with the bathroom attendant. The bathroom itself was dirty and smelled of urine regardless of wearing a mask. This was right before we left, so it really did leave a bad aftertaste of the place.

The place is cosy and warm, and the waiters are very professional yet friendly. The cocktails are very good, and the sides we ordered were delicious. I recommend the "passion likes negroni" ans the cheesecake, which are both super good. Cocktails prices range from 12 for the classics to 18 euros for the revisited ones.

Expensive and service is very, very slow - 40 min to take my order, another 30 to get one drink and the finger pastries for 22e. Another 20 minutes after I was finished and got the bill to take my cash payment. Wasn't in a rush so it was ok, had very comfy lounge chairs around the perimeter of the patio, and the cocktail was tasty. If looking to kill some time and people watch, enjoy.

Lovely deco building Stand up bar for coffee and drinks later, there’s well stocked bar Paninis - regular and ‘Mignon’ size also pasticciera We went twice for breakfast and once even for afternoon tea Staff lovely and friendly They have full menu you can sit out front in the piazza or on couches

Don’t be fooled by the tourist trap location of Paszkowski; this is a high-end place that has created a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy a drink whilst you people-watch. The service is excellent and the drinks and food are to a good standard. It only loses one star because of the inevitably expensive menu - you pay for the location, comfort and view! Still, worth treating yourself to a cold drink and watching the world go by across the Piazza - would recommend.

The taste of cakes and coffee was really satisfying. Service could have been better. Also the prices of pastries and coffee are really high, as it's quite big, beautiful and one of the most high rated restaurant in Florence.

Visited Florence from California for a week and this was my go-to spot! There was a nice atmosphere, good food and the staff were great. Didn’t catch her name but shout out to the taller, beautiful waitress who helped me. Her service was top-notch. Thanks for the great experience.

We spent a lovely long weekend in Firenze. This was the cafe crown jewel and we were sad to discover this fine cafe on our last two days. The evening before we enjoyed cocktails (Negroni & aperol spritz) with fantastic live music outdoors (covered heated patio just next to it) The next day we had lunch inside and enjoyed the grand architecture. The service and prices were so much better than we experienced at Caffe Gilli next door. I feel the hype for Gilli is overrated and even to get a seat and use the restroom was a huge hassle. We were so pleasantly surprised at the overall experience at Paszkowski caffe and will return. Grazi ☕️

We sat outdoors in November; the temperature was well managed with the heaters. The ambience was great, the service was fantastic, and the views were great. The rose was good and the St Germaine cocktail was DELICIOUS. Of note, we did not sit for the dinner service but the interior of the restaurant was beautiful.

Amazing experience. Not sure what our server’s name was, but he’s one of the best we’ve had in Italy so far. Young guy with short hair - exemplary service. Super professional, kind, good English, and amazing manners. Food was absolutely delicious too.

Wicked touristy. This is a more Americanized restaurant. The atmosphere is pretty cool they have live music and comfy chairs. The service was not very good at all. We got a bottle of wine and then it took over a half hour for our waitress to come take our order. Ultimately we didn't order food and went elsewhere. I understand they're busy but the service needs to be better. I'd recommend a more local restaurant over a tourist spot.

Lovely setting with good coffee and delicious pastries (I would recommend the passion fruit and orange biscuit). We had a pianist who was playing and really set the mood. But the highlight was the staff we had a young man who was excellent and very attentive.

Nice assortment of desserts and staff was extremely kind in explaining what each of them were. Each of the tiny ones is 1.5 euros. Good spot to sit down and rest right by the plaza and only 3min from the Piazza del Duomo

We stopped here the night before to warm up and get some coffee. The gentleman recommend we try a finger mingon dessert plate. It was absolutely wonderful so much we came back the next day and decided to eat lunch and try another dessert. If you're in Florence you definitely need to come here.

We got some pastries/cookies, cappuccino and tea. While the pastries tasted alright, the cappuccino was mediocre at best. The tea costs €8, but there was barely enough hot water in the pot for even one cup of tea. Service is really weird too, if you want to get cookies/croissants you’ve to go order at the bar, where you pick out what you want, they give you the number then they come to your table to get the number and finally bring the cookies out. The whole thing took so long that my cappuccino got cold. While the place has great view, there are pastry shops that are thousand times better in the same area. Not to mention it’s extremely overpriced for what they have.

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
