👍 Small place in Florence, I'm guessing the owner, comes out and greets you and explains the menu which is nice. Their sandwich with the regional meat was quite good, but the lasagna lacked flavour and substance unfortunately. I wish I could have tried their homegrown Avocados tho! People often mention panini, pasta, Florence, sandwich, good, small,

Small place, best sandwich in Florence. Even has BBQ and Hamburgers. Lamprodetto is not very spicy. Try it out. Cheap prices too! After some consideration, my favorite place in Florence.

We got the Ragú pasta and was amazing. At first sight looks a really small restaurant but the food is fresh the pasta was really tasty and delicious. If I go to Florence again I’ll come back 100% thank you guys. The only thing is that there’s 6 tables and that’s it but I don’t know if you can book a table or not.

I found this small place by chance and was amazed by the great quality of products. I had a perfect finocchiona sandwich and a glass of red wine for only 6 euros. The staff was also super friendly.

Very good and cheap paninis. We took a chicken and advocado panini, a glass of white wine and a lampredotta panini. They were super good and the whole lunch costed 13euros. They were a lot of locals in the restaurant which is often a good sign and they do not invoice the cobiertos.

A hidden gem in the city. Tucked away but not hard to find. Owner is extremely attentive and nice. He is the cook as well. Food is simple yet delicious! Exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend!

If you like avocado, go go go (and if you don't, there'll be options for you as well). Great food, very nice staff!

We ordered for the vegan sandwich. It wasn't a panini, even though it said "panini".bread is dried out and old. and unfortunately a hair came out of the sandwich, worse quality. A business with such a high score should be more careful.

Initially, we were trying to go to a place nearby but the line was out the door, as if a bus load of people had just been done there. This worked out just fine. Very friendly waitstaff informed us that they grow their own avocados. Each of the salads features avocados and they are delicious, especially with the soy sauce they give you. There are a few tables to sit at. There is no bathroom but they do give you hand sanitizer.

Good local fast food point in the city center. Different choices of panini, also typical for Firenze dishes- lampredotto

We were looking for take away vegetarian panini. Then we saw Sogni e Sapori. Owner said they had vegetarian panini. We wanted to try. You can’t serve that bread as panini in Italy. It’s insulting. Prices are the same with other panini place in the street but portions and quality worst! Also there was hair in my friends bread. I wish I could take a picture but we immediately throw the sandwiches.

Good alternative if you need a break from pasta and pizza. Poke is fresh and well prepared however quite small portions. Many ingredients but just few pieces of each ingredient in…

Lovely place and lovely service. We had 2 pasta dishes and a sandwich with avocado +2 drinks for 21€. Very good value for money. The waiter was super helpful and took his time to explain the ingredients of each dish. I found the sandwich slightly expensive (5€) compared to the pasta (7€) considering the portions. We'll come back :)

We tried their salmon poke bowl. It was more of a salad, don't go here expecting Poke. They use smoked salmon instead of sashimi, and you can't customize your toppings at all. Only soya sauce available. There are better poke places in Firenze if you look.

Stopped in for a lampredotto and wine, very tasty and planning to go back to sample more from the menu.

SO FRESH! Sister stumbled upon this place while walking around Florence and brought back a paper menu knowing I love avocados, I just had to try it! It had a small, welcoming atmosphere with AC that actually works (unlike many others with AC who keep the door open the whole day and let in the 37c weather), with very friendly service right off the bat! The food was excellent, not a whole lot of seasoning (the veggie poke bowl would go excellent with some pickled ginger), but soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar are provided. Overall 10/10 with the BEST and most fresh veggies I’ve eaten in a long, long time. Everything was crisp and lovingly made, exactly like the photos, I highly recommend

Good little shop to pop into and have a quick bite to eat while sight seeing. The owner is very personable and approachable, and his prices are about 40% less expensive than his competitors just a block over. Worth the visit!

I had a pasta with salmon. I got an impression that salmon was from a can. I didn’t like it at all. Two stars for good Aperol Spritz.

Loved the mushroom penne oil pasta and went back for a second time! The owners are very friendly and the food are reasonably priced. Thumbs up!

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
