I'm reviewing two items that we bought. Steak 22€ Burger 11€ Burger first, tasty served with fries and the bun is a pita bread. Worth 11€ questionable. Steak served with potatoes and a salad. Potatoes were absolutely tasteless, the steak however was even worst, no seasoning, firm unknown piece of meat seemed like freezer to fire. Worth 22€, absolutely not. Will not visit ever again. Seating service charge of 1.50€ per person. Over priced juice 6.50€ Overall no value .

Great food, friendly staff and convenient location close to the main attractions of Florence, especially if you’re looking for a proper halal sit-down place. We did not try the Italian dishes but the other reviews seem to be positive. We had the tandoori chicken tikkah and the chicken karahi. The chef also made us special chana and accommodated our 23 month old with non-spicy rice and chicken dish. All the food was amazing (as good as some of the better Pakistani eats in NYC). Prices are competitive with other Italian restaurant. If you’re used to paying for cheap Pakistan eats, this place may seem expensive; however, given the wonderful staff, location and ambiance, I would come back here again on our next visit (in fact, we went to this restaurant twice in three days).

Finally had a taste of halal Italian food! We ordered carbonara, lasagna and bistecca alla fiorentina and they were all delicious. The service was great, we were served very quickly and also got freshly squeezed orange and pineapple juices while we waited for our food.

Are you kidding me, the google reviews don't justify this place. We tried Lamb Karahi and Dhal Makhani omg the best we tried in our Europe trip and possibly the best I've tried compared to Dubai. The prices as you can see are high, but the reason for that is the portion size, it's massivee!!! Thier chai was good as well. Amazing staff and must try in Florence for 100% halal place.

We visited this restaurant once and didn't go back because of their service style! There was a mid age person who was just not listening properly and had his own priorities. For example to one of his favorite customers he was running to them like they will pay him twice! And to others he ignored. Even for really minor things he was mentioning that oh you have to pay for this this is extra and bla bla. Washroom was also not in good condition. I may go there just to maybe take away food but not to dine in, because the taste of food was good. But they should know customer service does matter.

A very nice location but quite a lot of traffic passes by and does odd manoeuvring so fumes if sat outside. Food very good interesting to see how different countries have different versions of what we think of as established dishes. But service was sloppy twice given food destined for another table. Bill at end of night wrong water charged for but not had service charge for 3 but only 2 people. Could well be errors but never seem to be in your favour. But they have very large range of vegetarian meals even a fish Biryani. So go but keep a close watch on the bill and make sure food given is yours am sure they would charge you even if their mistake.

After Few days of Pizza and pAsta , glad to find this authentic pakistani restaurant run by Mr Muhammad Aslam from Gujrawala. Unlike other Pakistani people who use " Indian Restaurant " title , Aslam sb used Pakistani Restaurant name on trip advisor and Zabiaha App. Delicious food and great hospitality by Aslam sb. Kark Chai prepared by Mr Azhar was second to None . Highly recommend if you visit Florence

Found this place with Muslim Pro. Amazing food, extensive selection from their menu and very friendly staff. Made us feel at home at the same time miss home as been away for too long! Strongly recommend the mixed tandoori platter and/or chicken Biriani!

One of the best halal food restaurants in Florence. They offer Italian cuisine with halal meat. No liquor or pork fats use.

Good food and great people at this restaurant. We went for a quick lunch and the team was super in taking care of us and suggesting vegetarian options. Food came around quickly, but we were the only people eating in. The tea/chai was good too. Ample seating spaces and they seemed to have all the conventional Indian/Pakistani things on the menu along with Italian fare. The washroom was on the lower floor and the lights were a bit tricky. But it was clean and functional.

Stumbled upon this location and they did not disappoint. I was craving Biryani during my time in Italy and it was one of the best! Service was amazing everyone was so friendly and pro active. Definitely would recommend!

Looking for a change from Italian food, I decided to try this restaurant. I ordered the Tandoori Ashrafin, which was a Tandoori of mixed meats including lamb and chicken. It was served with Yogurt and some spicy chutneys, and it was tasty. The meat was seasoned and cooked well. As for the atmosphere, unfortunately it's next to a busy street and there was some noise from traffic. To be fair, I was at the restaurant at an odd hour (around 3 pm), so the restaurant was empty which perhaps made the traffic noise more noticeable

It was a beautiful experience with such a lovely food and coffee. One of the best places to visit in Florence, im more than sure. The owner is a very nice gentleman always aiming to give the best service. Its my recomendation to go and sit there and enjoy the food or order something to go and eat close to the bridge where the view is fantastic.

Came across this restaurant by chance, the manager was so friendly and chatty. The food portions were huge and fresh I am from Pakistan and sitting in this restaurant eating this food I felt like I was back in Pakistan. By far the best Pakistani cuisine I have had a in a long time. Best place for traditional Pakistani food , if you want pizza or pasta please go to the 100's of other restaurants in Florence.

The food here at this place is mediocre at best. Had pizza and pasta.. not what I expect to have in Italy. Water down tomato sauce and melted cheese… They charged me 6.50 Euros for a glass of coke(probably the most expensive coke I have ever had anywhere in the world) 3.50 Euros for bottled water and 3 euros for cover. There are some Indian or Arabic dishes in the Menus. I can’t really say how good they are but their Italian food was very mediocre.

Pretty authentic Pakistani cuisine. The owner and chef really are from Pakistan.friendly people, easy to customize dishes. A good break after pasta upon pasta, but the oil could be cleaner. My stomach got a bit upset after the dinner.

The owner is extremely friendly and funny. The food was extremely delicious. Me and my wife ordered chicken karai, naan and grilled salmon and both of us loved the food and had great laugh with the owner joking around with everyone and he created extremely welcoming and good atmosphere.

Excellent Pakistani/Mediterranean food. Everything was so fresh. The location is ideal, very close to Ponte Vecchio. Make sure you have enough cash to pay your bill because the owner insists on paying by cash.

Super tasty chicken biryani and chicken tikka. My family enjoyed it. Also the masala chai really had the indian flavour. Also server was really cool and quick.
